Rough is way too long. Looking for balls all day long!

tee boxes were not cut and the rough is ROUGH... bring extra balls

Tee boxes, fairways, & rough I couldn’t tell the difference between any of them. The grass was that tall! Actually a few of the tee boxes (particularly par 3’s) the grass was so tall I had to pull grass out around my tee so my ball would stay tee’d up! Greens had sunflower seeds all over them, sand patches randomly scatter over the greens. Clubhouse is nice in appearance, with that said all you could get was drinks and chips on a Sunday afternoon! Unbelievable!

I’ve golfed this course in the past and it was actually a pretty decent, fun course. Can’t say that anymore. New management maybe? What ever the problem is they need to fix it quick. I won’t be back anytime soon.

it is early spring... the course was in good shape.

I would only recommend this course because it’s local and a very laid back atmosphere. People are always nice but the course is in terrible terrible shape.

Played on Thursday with my grandson. Weather was perfect. Coarse was in good shape. Greens had been plugged so they were not in the greatest shape and slow. Not many playing so we could play at our own pace. Always enjoy Manteno.

Disappointed on the fairways and greens not being cut for awhile. This is usually a nice little course.

I chose this course because of it's location and had never been there before. Most of the reviews were old but the newest ones suggested I would like the course. I did.

The tee boxes and fairways were hard as a rock. It was difficult to get my tee in the ground - that hard. The course was laid out very nicely and it was a course for amateurs - not like the Trump course I played in Florida. The greens were in rough condition. I'm guessing that there is no sprinkler system and it's been awhile since we've had rain. That can be brutal on a golf course.

Some of the greens need work and sprinklers came on while we were playing but a decent course.

friendly staff... it was a hot and humid day... Give it a chance...it is worth the drive...tee boxes need a little attention

coarse is in pretty poor condition. needs to be mowed more often, at least the fairways. everytrhing is mowed the same length.most of the amenities are falling apart.

Surprisingly poor greens and fairway, but worth the hot deal price.

Course is in terrible condition. Several greens are brown and patchy with a lot of dead areas. Debris from winds on greens, had to be moved often. Other courses in area much better maintained. Several tee boxes in the same condition. Planter boxes loaded with weeds / thistles. Ball washers and benches look terrible, several totally broken. Municipal owned, so i'm sure the money goes into the nice clubhouse for banquets, etc. Instead of the course. Will only play it again when i have time for a quick round for practice.

I PLAYED THE FRONT 9 IN AN HOUR AND A HALF BUT IT TOOK 2 AND A HALF HOURS TO PLAY THE BACK SIDE.....NEED I SAY MORE

Was not made aware at the time of booking that there was an outing going on. Had to play the front side twice my partner really wanted to just go somewhere else but I had already paid. Just a rotten way of doing things. The fact that I ordered a burger and fries and when they brought it out the informed us that there was not a drop of ketchup in the place. There was a grocery store within sight of where I was sitting. Since I only get to see the buddy I brought down to play a couple time a year it kind of soured me on the whole idea of sight unseen golf. Also tween the two of us we lost several balls that ran through the fairway and just into the rough.

Course was in good shape. Friendly staff. Good food.
