This is one of the best courses in the Chicagoland area. Wide fairways and challenging greens keep you on your toes.
Pace of play is not acceptable for the money, at one time there were three groups waiting on par 3 to tee off.
We are able to play only 14 holes in 4.5 hours.
Fun Experience
Challenging course in good condition. Challenge mostly due to undulating greens and some tricky pin locations.
Pace of play was a little slow on the front, but the amount of golfers on the course on a Monday afternoon spoke to the popularity and enjoyment of this course.
Will definitely play it again.
Even at 100 degrees we enjoyed our round
Well kept course in that better than public nit S good as private space.
Greens are challenging but play well
Just generally a good course but being non resident we only play hot deals (quite literally this time !) would be overpriced for us at regular prices
Course is okay
Course is okay and playable. Unfortunately, pace of play is very slow (over 5+ hrs). Condition of course is fine but the greens are slow; you really have to hit the ball to get it to the hole unless it's a downhill putt. Speed of greens is probably an 8-9 on the stimp. Driving range is a bit chewed up due to high level of usage. Needed to locate patches of grass to hit off. Staff were all very polite and professional.
Slow play
Just too slow to enjoy the round. Every tee box, fairway and green were a wait both looking ahead and behind. Over-booked, short staffed. Probably won't be back this year. Decent practice facility for the area.
Enjoyable but slow
Good course for all levels. The course was in very good shape and played well. Only issue was it took over 5.25 hours to play. I expect some slow play on a Sunday afternoon in Chicagoland, but never saw a course marshal all day and the group in from of us needed one as they were always 1-1.5 holes behind the group infront of them.
Nice course extremely slow pace.
We took 3 hours for 9 holes. Starting at 4pm we could only finish 12 holes before dark.
