Meadowlark Golf Course

February round at Meadowlark. Conditions here are average at best in peak season. In February, it’s just dormant grass and goose turds. Still, the starter was giving every group a hard time about having their push carts on the tee box. I’ve never had anyone tell me to keep a pushcart off a tee box at a private club. Hazeltine - which has hosted the Ryder Cup - lets you roll pushcarts on the greens.

It’s dudes like this who turn into tyrants the moment they have an ounce of power that gives golf courses a bad reputation.

Course was in great shape for a round in February. Can't beat 65 degrees in Chicago. Meadowlark gave us the opportunity to enjoy a round. The course was in very good shape considering it's the "off season."

Course was in great condition considering it's December 23rd.

Loved golfing here. My wife and I played here for the first time and absolutely loved it. The course is beautiful, especially the fall leaves. Will definitely gold here again.

I love Meadowlark to get out for a quick 9. Relatively easy course with no sand and limited water. Lots of trees and a solid layout. Can’t beat the price especially if you walk and find deals here on GolfNow.

A nice laid back course to play to improve your game. Friendly staff and rangers. Would recommend

Got moved to someone else's cart which was full of his stuff...really full. Okay, not a problem. But I ended up walking mostly because he vaped. And played CW music. Again, probably need the exercise. I just wished that when I pay so much, I get full benefit.

This is a great little course for amateur golfers or to work on your game for a decent price. There's a good mix of par 3,4,and 5 here and we enjoyed it.
