Oak Springs Golf Club is tucked away amid the rolling hills and wooded plains of St. Anne. Though it feels peacefully secluded, it's conveniently situated less than an hour from Chicago. As one of the premiere golf courses in Kankakee County, it has a layout that appeals to players of all skill levels and it's also one of the most affordable rounds in the area. There are some challenging holes but the rough is very forgiving in case hitting it straight isn't one of your strengths. The front nine features fairways lined with mature trees and there are some tough par 3s to contend with. The more player-friendly back nine at Oak Springs Golf Club is wide open and offers some great scoring opportunities. There are subtle but tricky undulations throughout and you'll also run into water occasionally.

Fantastic course in the Kankakee area.
Love playing Oak Springs. Course is typically in great shape. Fairly challenging layout with some significant elevation changes, especially on the front 9. Course drains really well, making it playable when some others in the area aren’t.

They treat walk ons better then members . Seen it for myself i do love the course . Great workers. On the couse
fast greens about a 7 of 10 in speed not as fast as elks but faster then cardnal creek .
Worth the drive
Beautiful course with large oak trees. Fairways, greens and sand traps were all in excellent condition. Pace of play was very good (although it was a Monday afternoon). And the restaurant/bar was a very pleasant experience for dinner after our round. Great food, great service and very reasonable prices.

Fun Course
This is a fun course close by. Many good experiences. Fairways are decent and work has been done to improve the greens. Would recommend!
