Greens were dry and fast. Water pond was almost completely dried out, kind of a eyesore.
Great course for the $$
Very friendly staff and the course is well kept. Enjoy the challenge of several holes over the water.
Great 9-Hole Village Course
Sugar Creek is my hometown course, and I love having it close by. It's well cared for, gives you great practice on all parts of your game (sand, water, challenging greens). Good value, friendly staff. I enjoy playing here regularly.
Inexpensive fun course
This course is reasonably priced and not too difficult for a new golfer. Has its challenges with water and sand traps but course if walkable if you so choose.

First time out this year!
First timer at sugar creek and I will definitely be back. Short track at par 32 with no par 5’s. The fairways and greens we’re in great shape for the course only being open for just a couple days to start the season. Corey at the pro shop was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back!
