Fun little course
The wife and I really enjoy this course. You won’t use all the clubs in your bag, but still fun. Traps need s little Work, but overall a fun time.
Great lil course
Great small course. Minimal clubs. Easy on good patient play. Great for a quick round. Good price.
Pleasant nine
Good layout, good condition for a muni 9. Fairways had been mown and greens putted true even though the snow just melted days ago. This was my first round here at Green Meadows and I will definitely be back. I am 72 yrs old and found the course very walkable, and we played in an hour and a half. Perfect for a quick outing.
Great time
I had a fantastic time on this little tiny Golf Course the greens were excellent the traps in great shape all in all a super time and a fantastic value for my money
Great value
Green Meadows is great for those of us who are low key, golf for fun people.
Decent
When I played the tee boxes weren't in that great of shape but that's expected early in the season...overall it was a pretty good experience, to me this is a very average course that wasn't all that challenging but still fun to play.
Too Expensive for this kind of course
Staff very friendly. Course is well kept. I was very surprised to find that after 3 par 4 holes, the remaining 6 holes are all par 3 holes. (6 par 3's ) no par 5 holes. This is nice for a very quick 9, but it should be priced more for a par 3 golf course. If we hadn't been backed up by a group of slow players, we could have easily played the course in 1 1/2 hours.
Awful Staff
Starter is a piece of work. Show up 60 seconds late and he talks to you like a child. Had to get a refund and try my best not to react toward him.
Retirement Course
This course is surrounded by mostly retirees who play the course very frequently. This drives up the time per round. It took us 2:20 to play 9 hole. I can't recommend this course for any player who is looking to get in a quick 9 holes. Plus, this course is overpriced for a 9 hole par three course.
Great Course for quick 9
Went on Saturday ended up playing two rounds because our group enjoyed ourselves so much and the speed of play was generally good. Great stop to get a quick 9 in as most holes are medium distance par 3s. Can't beat the price, definitely coming back again.
Love this Course
It is always in great shape and it is a great little nine hole course. 3 par 4s to start and 6 par 3s to finish so it can be played in 1:30. I keep coming back and don't play on stopping.
This course is well kept
I enjoy this course. Not a hole lot but enough to practice and go out for a quick 9 holes.
Great 9hole Course
Excellent kept course, we played following a rainstorm and no mess/mud. Great greens. Wonderful staff as well!!! Great price!!!
THE FEE
A LITTLE ON THE HIGH SIDE FOR NINE HOLES, ESPECIALLY WITH THREE GRANDKIDS. $77.00 TOTAL. 10 BUCKS TO BOOK ON LINE? THE DAY WAS PERFECT. KIDS ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH. EXCELLENT CONDITION ALL AROUND. WE WILL BE BACK.
Great 9 Holes
The course was in good condition and the staff was friendly. I was paired with another golfer who walked the course as well. The course is short with I believe 3 short par 4 that are easily reached in 2 strokes. It was a great opportunity to practice my short game.
PM-9
Biased today because my Putter worked properly. Still a nice find in the Western Burbs. Thank you to staff working today; we were greeted by name via GolfNow Reservation. A few walk-ups didnt slow our round. Great course for an afternoon 9 (walking or riding). Hope to be back again weather permitting before the season ends.
Great value, great conditions
Our first time playing Green Meadows, and we'll be back. Pace of play was very good, given that the 1st tee box was wide open and we started at least 20 minutes before our 9am Sunday tee time. Holes are interesting and course was in great shape. Wish the 3 par 4s were spread out, but at least having them at the start keeps pace moving. We recommend it for a good challenge if time is limited.
Nice outing for a quick round
Thed so far this year. The is is a very nice 9-hole course for a quick round. It has 3 par-4's and the rat par 3's. It is not too difficult and the pace of play was pretty quick. As a twosome we finished in about an hour and a half. The course was in really good condition. The greens were excellent compared to others i have played this year. The person in the clubhouse was really friendly. I recommend if you are looking for a nice quick round.
nice fairways and greens
great for walking and a quick 9 holes. pace of play was good since a lot of 2 or 3 players per group were on the course.
we like this course
My wife loves this course we will be back for sure. It also is fun for me to play and only 15 min from home
