Wooded View Golf Course

This is where I basically learned the game. Beautiful course!. Great layout. Challenging for golfers of all levels. Can feel and appear tight because of the many tree lined fairways. Well manicured and maintained. It does have trouble draining after hard rains. Friendly staff. Cozy clubhouse. Excellent practice facilities. An excellent place to spend a morning or afternoon!

I had an opportunity to play at a local private country club earlier this week. By comparison Wooded view is as good or better. Greens are well kept, fairways were dry but in good shape. This week the rough was a little high but overall the course was in good condition. Staff is always friendly.

5 or 6 holes were cart path only. Nice looking course. They had a ranger to check your receipt before playing. But no ranger on the course. Play was extremely slow for a Saturday afternoon. Pre discount price was $39. This is NOT a $39 course.

Friendly staff. Traps were firm. Lots of unrepaired ball marks on the greens.

Love this course for something inexpensive but still challenging. Always in good shape and great staff! Definitely recommend it!

Even the practice greens have humps and bumps everywhere. No Fairways - sand wasn't raked -greens

were horrible, no scorecards on the carts-no service in the Pro-Shop, all in all a disappointment!

Course was in very poor shape. Lots of crabgrass in the rough and fairways. Long fairways grass. Tee boxes had long grass. Incredibly slow greens. Random holes that were just 90 degree angles. I did enjoy that the fairways were narrow and the trees added a little challenge, but the primary challenge came from poor conditions.

In all fairness it was Sunday, but our foursome took 5 hours to finish and we were right behind the group in front all day. Even for the twilight rate it wasn't worth the price.

I played first thing Sunday morning and they brought the cart out to my car before the sun came up. Super friendly staff. Course is in very good shape. Green were rolling smooth. Nothing but good things to say.

Every hole has its own challenge. If not a sand trap, creek there is always trees except for hole #1. I enjoy the course for I can score in the low 80's but sometimes in the mid 90's. Just depends on my position off the tee.

A good challenge. A lot of large trees around the course makes for good shade from the sun and a challenge during play.

Didn't find this to be a very good course. Course had nice grass, and the greens were quick, but those were the only things that didn't need help. There were unfilled divots everywhere, including on the greens. Bunkers were either mud, or like hitting off of dirt, Never needed my sand wedge. Tees had a lot of spots, and was generally difficult to find a good place to tee from. Driving range was awful, only a single short flag, no yardage markers, and the grass was so high you couldn't see where the ball stopped. Course design is very clunky; very poorly laid out, no real rhythm, and badly placed bunkers and doglegs. Seemed like obstacles were just put in random spots. I did not enjoy the shop pairing my on a cart with another single, and then charging more for my father-in-law to ride with me than I paid for the round itself. Ridiculous .

Well maintained fairways and greens. If you keep it in the fairways this course will make you feel good about your game.
