BEWARE!
This place was an absolute Nightmare! Every one of the greens were either burnt to a crisp or had very little grass on it! I paid $102 for 3 people with NO warning by the person that was a cashier at best, in the clubhouse of what to expect. I have played places that were rough, to say the least, but this place?????? I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER, experienced a garbage pit such as this...truly pathetic. I will absolutely never spend another nickel there.
Course was AWESOME, Greens NOT so much.
Awesome place to take the group for some golf. Just be aware the greens are struggling but will come back around!
Completely AWFUL!
This (can't even use the word golf, when describing this place) course is absolutely atrocious! 17 of 18 greens are completely and totally AWFUL...and I do mean AWFUL!!!! They are either disease ridden or burnt up! With the amount of rain Ft. Wayne has had, absolutely NO, ZERO excuse for the condition this place is in! To top it off the money taker ( because that is exactly what he's doing,
TAKING your money!) the club house gives no warning as to what to expect or offers apologies for the condition. I payed $102 for 3 of us to play at this DUMP!!!
Trust me when I say: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
Horrible conditions
Grass was probably 6-8 inches tall. Greens were very poor but better than they have been before. Traps finally have sand but at the cost of knee high grass it seems. For the price it’s to be expected but even then still feels like a waste sadly.
5 ⭐️staff
The staff was amazing but the course was in rough shape. The greens need a little bit of work but it’s still early in the year so they have time to get them into better shape.
Still the worst course in america that’s way overpriced
decided to give this place a second chance after they upped their prices to 40 a round. idk where to even begin. if you don’t hit your ball on the green it’s almost 100% lost. my grass at home is shorter than the rough at this place. bunkers still and will forever be full of weeds. tee box’s are absolutely destroyed and overgrown. they shove out as many people as they can so the pace of play is slower than any place i’ve been. you couldn’t pay me to play this course again.
Cost way too much
Do yourself a favor and go play a real course for cheaper than this par 3. 40 for 18 holes on one of the worst places i’ve played is crazy. not worth 40 at all.
Not good
No sand in bunkers, hard pan and weeds, greens are beat up and dried out dead spots everywhere, your putts will bounce all over the place, impossible to roll a putt that goes straight
This course is so over priced
They used to be 25 a person earlier this year and then changed to 40 and no upgrades to the field or greens. The greens are like carpet and don’t move and thousands of divots in the course
Good, but needs to be maintained
I've always liked this course, but the maintenance has gone down over the past few years. The bunkers are full of weeds and have almost no sand, and the greens are way too slow, even for beginners.
