great for the money
A lot of time and money have been put into improvements. Sand traps are still being worked on, but the course was in better condition than last summer.

I Recommend This Course
Nice weekend 18 hole w/Cart twilight rate.
I recommend this course if you are looking for a nice game late in the day on the weekend. For $18 you can play 18 with a cart during twilight hours.
If value isn't your big concern: this course is well maintained, but I don't find it very interesting. The holes are very tightly packed together. The tee box the holes are typically right next to the green of the previous hole. If someone behind you happens to skull their green approach you better be able to duck real fast when you hear "fore."
Good value, challenge and views are low though.

Course Layout
you get what you pay for. As mentioned 18 for 18 with cart. Holes back up to each other on the entire front 9 except first 2 holes. Lots of drunk inexperienced college kids looking for cheap round. Be prepared at all times for balls coming out of nowhere.
