The course was in great shape and the weather perfect.
Very solid course for the money
The group I played with and I walked this course. I would never play this course again if I had to walk because of how hilly it was. But when carts become available again I would definitely play again. While it’s not a very long course that made up for in challenging fairways and significant elevation changes.
Course is great. Members not so much.
This golf course is awesome. Well maintained with good views and some challenging holes. Staff were friendly and clubhouse was beautiful. Only issue we had was with the members behind us. They were rude and hit into us at least 3 times, nearly hitting myself and my partner in the head with a drive on a fairway where they could clearly see us.
Great View, Great Bang for Buck
Very narrow course and several blind shots, but overall it is a solid course for the price. Great club house as well. If you have not played it before, it is challenging and worth it.
Be Prepared to Lose a lot of Balls
The course was beautiful and in excellent condition. However, there are a ton of blind shots and there were no markers on from the tee box or on the scorecard of the general layout of the course. There were many times where I was lined up incorrectly with where I should have been aiming. Take that with the hills and fallen leaves and you'll be lucky to lose any fewer than a dozen balls.
Beautiful Course
Challenging terrain makes for a great round of golf!
This course is very challenging and can easily frustrate intermediate and novice golfers.

Far Improved
Devou GC has been brought back to outstanding condition. Would rate it a 9 out of 10 overall for the course. Immaculate condition on 9/1/19. Beautiful course with like views. Don’t let the 6100 yds from the back tees fool you, bring your A-game to this challenging sloped layout, especially for several intimidating tee shots through narrow gaps demanding sizable carry’s. Neat old country club track!

Tight fairways
Very tight off the tees. Yardage is very short but don’t be deceived. Course was in great shape. Put driver in the bag and leave it. You can hit 3 wood or a long iron/hybrid off of every hole. Keep your second shot below the flag.

Great course needs some patching on cart paths. We were caught in severe weather with sirens so we did not finish due to lightning
Short course but very challenging
Greens were very firm and difficult and fairways were hilly and narrow. Made for a fun, challenging course considering it’s shorter length.
Best Clubhouse in NKY
Course was in great shape and the greens were firm and fast. Definitely target golf at Devou and good luck finding a flat lie with the hills and valleys. Challenging course for sure. But the hidden gem is the clubhouse. Top Notch!
Booked 18 could only play 9
Booked 18 holes, paid for 18 holes in the pro shop and when we went to make the turn there was a league off of the back nine! The front nine was booked solid too!
