It's a well-maintained course a little bit shorter than most. I play it. Tips out at around 6400 yd. Decent challenge though in some areas you have to pick your spots off the tee. It's a bit of a drive for me but I'll be back.
Horrible Shape
The course was in the worst condition of any golf course I have ever played. The greens was in horrible shape from where they haven’t been moving the pin placement and the tee boxes had big dirt spots in most of them with no good grass to hit from. Also not sure if the sprinklers had been broken or what but the course was super dried out and in just bad shape. The only thing I did like about playing here was the free cups of water that was provided on the course.
Great play
First time there. The course has a great layout and I liked the pace of play. Greens were hard and fast today.
Will definitely play there again.
Greens and Road maps tour
My wife and I are in the process of playing all 50 states we were staying in Ohio and drove over to Ky together under our belt. Purse was in really good conditions. The greens were a little bumpy really disappointed in the ball marks being left on the greens. It’s really simple to repair your ball marks. Every green i was repairing ball marks left by other players. Overall the course is a good course to play for the money.
Water, Finally!!!
I don’t care why others don’t do it but I was thrilled to see big Igloo containers full of ice cold refills on a 89 degree day. Plus on the back 9 they have an automatic ice dispenser and water refill station. Only public course in NKY that offers this and I’ve played em all. Will be back multiple times!!
Great Public Course in Cincy Area
This course is much better than the city courses around Cincy. I played in hot weather today and the free water/ice was wonderful.
Nice people
The fairways and rough was terrible. Greens needed a bit of work.
I’ve always liked Twin Oaks but I will admit that the course is in much better shape than it was when I first started golfing 25 years ago. There are still some rough spots but all in all I do enjoy golfing there and, will continue to do so.
