Somehow still not worth the price…
The staff may be the only thing that is not horrible here. Other than that, it should have -3 stars. Overall, may be the worst course I've ever been to.Tee boxes filled with holes, no difference between the rough and fairways on half the holes, and the greens… wow. If you like putting on thick carpet, you will love it here. Ive never seen greens worse than this. On top of the course condition, you get the pleasure of waiting 5-10 minutes between each hole. Save your money, you will be disappointed.
Tee Times??
This is a good course for beginners to play. The course is in better condition than I remember in past (did they get an irrigation system?). However, pace of play is still not great. I think it is because anyone can go off whenever and not by a booked tee time.
Slow play and poor conditions
Play was painfully slow. Additionally, the greens were a mess and two of the tee boxes are just turf mats that you can’t put a tee in. Overpriced and not a good value.
Good if it cost $15-$20 for 9 holes
Bring down the price to $20 for 9 holes and I would up the rating. Fairways are rough and greens are shaggy
It’s ok
The course is good for a quick 9-holes, but only if there aren’t a lot of golfers out. The course is short and will get backed up quick. In my opinion, the cost is priced higher than I believe it should be. I’d consider this a $15-$20 for 9-holes at best.
Great course for the price
This course is great. Greens are nice, everything is very well kept. I've played here 4 times and will be back to play more
Tee Time Late
Our tee time was 1:50. When we arrived a few minutes early, there were 4-5 groups waiting at first tee. We were paired with another pair but no one at the course told us this. We had to figure it out on our own Holes 6-8 are not laid out well and very confusing. They had artificial turf for the tee boxes on these holes. Very weird.
Fine in a pinch
The course is fine, the staff is nice enough the parking lot is a little small. But dear god is it mis-managed. Our tee-time was 10:40 (got checked in around 10:15), we didn’t receive a cart till 10:50, and got to tee off at 11:15. Waited on the tee box or in the cart every hole because pace was so bad. Played here before and it was roughly the same. Idk will probably play here again if in a pinch but that’s all I would recommend. If you wanna play a 9 for about $25 and booking last minute, it will scratch that itch just be prepared.
Save your money.
Play 9 somewhere else. This place is a 10$ WITH cart to play 9 holes. No more. Spend your money at Beech Creek rather than this scam of a course.
