Great layout - recently remodeled amenities
Great layout and fun course. I'm solid shape but it's also been incredibly hot in the region so there are some signs of that. The clubhouse was recently remodeled and is solid. The staff is incredibly nice/helpful/friendly. The tips make the course very difficult but the middle/forward tees make for a very approachable course.

The course layout is great, some very interesting holes. Back tees offer a challenge at 7K middle/front make for a much more forgiving set up. A very friendly and laid back membership, with a extremely nice staff. The bar/dining area was recently redone and is nice. The short game area is very solid. Range needs improvement. Tennis facilities are very nice. All in all a very solid experience.
Poor Course Conditions
Greens were slow, bumpy, scared with old pitch marks. Bunkers are not consistent. Drainage is terrible. Good layout with nice fairways and rough. Used to have very nice greens. The course is not getting maintained very well. Hope Club Corp turns this place around, it is a nice layout. Fun place to play.
Must Play course
Norbeck is always in outstanding condition, one of the best kept private courses in the state of Maryland. Greens are fast.
A very playable course, albeit a challenging course.
