You have to try this metro Boston course
Braintree Municipal is overall an excellent course. I was blown away by the course conditions, although there were a couple of greens and tee boxes that were in need of repair after the long playing season. They didn't impact playability. It was so pleasant to play at a course with a beverage cart, full service lounge, and amazingly wonderful course conditions from tee to green. And in mid-October in MA! The course layout wasn't super creative, so I didn't rank it as excellent, but that didn't detract from course enjoyment. I also noticed that the blue tees seemed to be absent, not that I was going to play from them. The mens room wasn't country club level, so don't get your hopes up too high. They also lack a driving range and chipping area. But I think it might be my new favorite course in the area and you can get on it more easily than George Wright. Also, loved that they use goats to keep the brush and poison ivy tame.
Fall golf at its finest!
Great conditions given the time of year! Highly recommend.

If players repairs the divots would be great, especially on the green,
Local Gem
I recently moved to Braintree and I have fallen in love with this course. I often play with a group but I’m willing to play nine myself later in the day. The staff is very friendly, they run a great program. There are also some goats out on the course which makes for some extra fun.
