Brookmeadow Country Club

I’ve enjoyed playing at Brookmeadow in the past, but my experience on Saturday morning was very disappointing. A manager, who appeared to be in a leadership role, spoke to players (including us) in an aggressive and unprofessional tone, rushing us through play. It felt less like course management and more like personal frustration, which created a very negative atmosphere.

Brookmeadow is a beautiful course with a good reputation, but encounters like this make me hesitate to return. I hope management addresses this so the friendly environment the club is known for isn’t overshadowed by poor treatment of guests.

Been a couple years since we played here and I don’t know why. Course is in awesome shape, some cart path improvements are going on. Tee boxes and greens are spotless. Actually went in after the round and booked for next week. The attention to details here is on point.

My brothers and I played here on a Saturday morning, and despite it being a busy day, the starter and ranger were very careful monitoring groups to keep pace moving. Unfortunately, all of their efforts run into a wall when you reach the third hole. It begins a run of a short par 4, par 3, short par 4, and par 3, which ends up backing up play for all golfers as there is simply nowhere to go.

Other than the layout, everything else is definitely worth going. Nice clubhouse, practice green and driving range, well-kept course, etc. A bit pricey for the average golfer, but it's worth it for a nicer course on a weekend morning. Really enjoyed it.

I really enjoy playing this course when it is dry, it is very low and on the banks of a river that overflows often. I have played here a few times aid it is a great value. Staff is good to deal with and the layout is somewhat challenging.
