Decent course, no amenities
The staff was very friendly and the course was in pretty good shape, though the incredibly tight fairways and over abundance of trees was not my cup of tea. We were hitting short clubs off the tee just to make holes playable. For mid to long hitters, there are only a handful of holes where you can comfortably hit driver, or even 3 wood, off the tee. The clubhouse was under construction, which was unfortunate, but understandable. That being said, $92 for greens fees with a cart was a lot to charge for available zero amenities. What was completely inexcusable and arguably dangerous in mid August was the complete lack of drinking water anywhere on the course. For close to $100, you need to treat your customers better.
Great shape
Hyannis is in great shape. Fairways well maintained.greens are in absolute pristine shape.
Only issue is with no clubhouse, no food or drinks are available. This is going on 3 years now with clubhouse being worked on. The course is set up with sani cans at the start and they are the only available toilets along with a few on the course.
Great round of golf at a discount
Great round of golf. We look forward to playing again. Excited to see the clubhouse once it is complete. Regardless I would recommend the course and the m-th deal is awesome
Hidden Gem
Hyannis Golf Club has terrific greens and the course is really in nice shape. It has had many improvements over the last few years. Many of the sand traps are lousy however they seem to be improving them gradually. Still no clubhouse but might be finished for next year.
Mon- Thurs $59 with cart is the best bargain on the Cape.
The course isn't long but you need to be accurate and smart * add a club for uphill greens.
Weekend Player
The golf course has been in great condition the last two years. A good layout with elevation, slope and some very nice holes.
Fun, playable course
Enjoyed our first round at Hyannis. Course layout and conditions were excellent. Very hilly course would be a tough walk. Renovation of clubhouse still ongoing. Pro shop staff very friendly. Nice practice areas.
