Sandwich Hollows Golf Club

We had a 6:47am tee time and upon arrival we were told the course was closed until at least 8am, You would have thought Golf Now should have advised via email in advance, but they did not. As for the course, its publice golf, tee boxes are horrible, fairway are Ok and greens are good

First time here and loved it! Great layout.., challenging but playable…greens were soft and well groomed…friiendly, helpful staff. Look forward to getting back soon!

Third time playing there this season, making the trek from Dartmouth. Reserved 2 tee times for a total of 91 bucks total. Hot Deal. Great deal! Course is in pretty good shape. The greens are nice and smooth, a tad slow. (Not an issue). The fairways in nice shape, but some of the tee boxes need some love. Mr. L., in the pro shop is a friendly guy. Bartenders are very nice also. Would highly recommend this course. I would probably go as high as $55 with a cart.

As a side note, tee box was empty, so we were able to get out early. Played right through with no waiting.

Played this track many times over the years, unfortunately it's not being maintained properly. Stairs leading to the tee boxes are roped off with signs posted "do not use" and it doesn't gen much better as the holes continue. Now I remember why I haven't played it in a few years. 😵‍💫

No starter, no ranger, a 2:15 tee time on a sunday afternoon. Two kids say to me “Oh we’re doing a 1v1 money match so we’re going to play alone. SHRINK the game. Where is the starter to stop this and I have to tell them myself that’s not how it works.

Loved the course - it was in great shape! People were friendly, amenities above average, and the greens were soft, true, challenging, and well-maintained. Looking forward to round 2 at this course!

Played this course for 30 yrs. Greens in best condition ever. Most likely due in part to all the trees they took down.

Good conditions, a definite value play after 2 PM. Greens are in excellent condition but roll slow.

Need to be able to manage all types of side hill lies.

Very slow some people don’t understand golf educate and when to pick move on.

Well worth the 48 bucks with a cart. Played there last month. In very nice condition, but the greens were very slow, but immaculate! I hope to play there soon. And I even drive from Dartmouth to do so.

I grew up in town, and I’ve always felt at home at Sandwich Hollows. Really fun and challenging course without feeling inaccessible. Nice staff and a good 19th hole doesn’t hurt either!
