Wampanoag Golf Course

I play a lot of courses, and this one is by far the WORST. the tee boxes are literally mounds of dirt. The fairways are so long the grass is halfway up your shin. The greens are decent which is clearly where they put all of their time/ attention. Fairways intersect each other and you never really know which way is the next hole. You couldn’t pay me to play there again.

Wouldn’t go out of my way to play here but when in a pinch for finding a place to play, this place will always come through. Just be prepared for slow play as they take way more tee times than they should causing a backlog of people waiting to tee off.

Super last minute teetime, only course available. It was priced low and we got we paid for. Basically a giant field with fairways literally crisscrossing one another. Surprisingly super nice greens, almost oddly superior to the rest of the course.

Nice 9 hole course that challenges and has beautiful views.

The place is trash and I have no problem saying that because the owner is an absolute dick. Asked for a cart because I had a torn ACL. The guy said we don’t have any, fine. I get to the course and I’m not lying there have got to be 25 unused carts. The owner gets upset with me because I asked again for a cart and says “I’m busting his chops.” At this point I just want to play and the owner refuses to let me play because he says I cannot play with my injury? What!? Eventually he realized how big of a jerk he seemed like and allowed me to play and gave me his push cart. Then we get on the course and it is the worst kept course I’ve ever seen. We literally didn’t know which hole was next and the course was in the worst condition I’ve ever seen a course. I am not normally like this, but after this experience I refuse to not let people go through this. Clearly the owner doesn’t care because he responds to all reviews in a disrespectful way on google. How about you take care of your course and your customers.

Cheap course, but really all dirt and crabgrass. There’s no second cut around the greens and all the fairways are wide open with no real grass. It’s just a big open field for a few of the holes. The one staff member Isn’t kind and clearly doesn’t take care of the course.

No fairways. Cant even tell where the holes are. So bad. Should be a $5 course

Course was a awful, the clubhouse manager was an absolute dick. Would never come back. Can’t believe I wasted my money. Impossible to know where you’re going on the course because there is no fairway. It’s just all dead grass. Sand traps that used to be there are awful. Place needs to be taken off GolfNow.

I don't know if this course was ever anything, but it's not much now... if you have new golfers and you want to take them out to beat the ball around, this is the place for you. Otherwise, don't bother. Real golfers don't have any place here.

Lime playing in a cow pasture. There was no fairway. Tees in terrible shape. Bare spots and grass that is there is to long. Wont be playing again.

There are no fairways. Just rough and green. Greens are nice however.

The course seems surprisingly challenging for wide open. The fairway grass is pretty long but it’s still not bad. The designs of the holes are pretty fun. Good course for the money for sure
