Wampanoag Golf Course

If you are looking for country club conditions, this is not the place. I found present conditions very playable and the weekend Golf Now rate was great.

Course was in decent shape. It’s a fun course to play on and work your game. Different hikes with challenging shots. Will play again. Greens were perfect.

Here at "Swamponoag" since it is always full of puddles it stinks. The course is always flooded. There are dead spots all over the course. The geese are terrible there they are ripping up grass and pooping all over the course. There are very rocky tee boxes. If you want to keep your irons in good shape do not play here ever. The staff there is very rude and impolite. when we pulled up the staff was yelling at a child for not keeping pace of play. when i went to pay i paid for 9 holes walking and they charged me for 9 holes cart and refused to give my money back. It is hard to focus as the course runs along side a very busy main road and a loud swamp. The course layout is awful as there is a tree in the middle of the first fairway that blocked any shot from any angle to the green. You should not have to go under a tree from the dead center of the fairway. The greens keeper does not have any consideration for the golfers as they are not quiet at all when a player is hitting near them. Overall if you ever wanted to play here then turn around now as it is a terrible course for the money and you many not have functioning irons after this. The course is in awful shape and the staff is rude. If you have played here i am very sorry for you.
