About
Located in Bridgeport, Green Acres Golf Course is less than 10 minutes from downtown Frankenbluth. The course has a scenic location with the Cass River bordering the northern and western edges. Carved from mature woodlands, the course enjoys peaceful seclusion thanks to the tall, shady trees and the terrain is mostly flat, which makes it a great walking course. Opened in 1960, the golf course has a traditional layout that is seemingly short by modern standards at 6,269 yards but the classic design still has plenty of challenges to offer. There are strategically placed bunkers lurking throughout and the tree-lined fairways demand accuracy and will force you to strategize your shots. In addition to the golf course, there is also a driving range and putting green available.

Immaculate Greens!! I have Great Appreciation when I go Out on a Course and See Several different Personnel from Grounds Crew Out Working in different Loacations Mowing Fairways, and Also doing Trim Work on the Greens.
You Will Really Enjoy Playing Green Acres in Bridgeport Michigan, So Blessed having them in Mid Michigan!
Double up on tee times
The course decided to double up tee times with no advance warning. The course explanation was they let their league players play an advanced round. They said the only option was to play the front nine again or wait behind a group of six on the back nine (WHAT!).
Great course conditions
Beautiful course, we love playing this course every time we come up
No Fun
Conditions made it no fun. Filled with weeds and uncut grass made it difficult to find any ball off the fairway. The group in front of us had 5 people and three carts playing extremely slow. We skipped a hole to get ahead of them. No marshal intervention to keep play moving. We did like the course layout.
Andy
There were 4 of us and we had a great time
Everything was perfect. Had fun!!
Worth it
Hidden gem. Was definitely worth the drive and the price was really good. Friendly staff and pace of play was great.
Great place for the average golfer. Will definitely play here again
Enjoyable Afternoon
Was too beautiful of a day to stay in or go to the movies so I booked a GolfNow tee time at Green Acres and LOVED IT!
The staff in the pro shop and lounge were very friendly, welcoming & professional. Thx. I will be back!
Beautiful tree lined course
It was a very hot day so we appreciated all the trees and shade we could find. Fairways were cut well but grass and weeds mixed. The greens were in excellent shape. Got a little confusing on the back nine when trying to find hole 16 but there were signs which definitely helped. Loved all the trees and the course was challenging and fun!
Really nice course for the price
Met a friend who lives up north halfway to get a round in. This was a nice course that was really well maintained. Fairways and greens were awesome.
Course was in good shape. Cart path needs work. Greed were in excellent condition. Pace of play was very good. Bar tender was clueless, she had never made a Bloody Mary I went behind the bar and helped her with it. We were charged 50cents for a glass of ice. The two drinks I ordered came to 13 dollars, I gave her a 20 and she asked me if I wanted any change back? R U serious? I went behind the bar to help her! I gave her a 2 dollar tip. She could have at least been a little more liberal with the vodka but no she measured it right out to the ounce when I know that the price of that vodka she used can be purchased at meijer for under 6 dollars a fifth. I’ll go back to play golf but I’m staying away from the bar!
Course is great!
Dogleg restaurant is also tops. Get the cowboy burger!
