This was a very enjoyable day. The staff is extremely courteous and the course is in great shape. It’s a challenging and fun place with good risk reward. Greens are small and roll true. Really like the layout and individuality of each hole. Have been wanting to play here for a long time and I can’t wait to play it again. Reasonable rates.
Impressed
Played 18 for $20 in the afternoon. Pace was slow but the course was in immaculate condition. Course is tight in some spots but an overall decent layout. Saw the beverage cart several times. The starter and proshop staff were both very friendly. Recommend checking the schedule for DTE Music Theatre - I played the back 9 with a concert happening next to us. I thought it was pretty cool but I could see how someone would be annoyed if they weren't expecting it. I definitely recommend, especially if you can book a HotDeal!
Best hot deal
This is my third time playing here, it is challenging enough that I can play here every time. The greens are very fast and undulating, I think will take a few rounds before you you can 2 putts or under. Preferred to play the Eagles, and the Falcons.
Course was in great shape!
Had a great afternoon! Weather was hot and humid, but enough breeze to stay comfortable. Course was in great shape, greens as well. Just an enjoyable round!
Worth driving from Birmingham to play this course.
Very good value, excellent greens and fairways. Not too crowded, so the pace of play is easily under 4 hours. 3 nine holes, Eagle, Falcon and the hawk, each with different layouts and challenges. Best scenery is the Falcon and the highest slope rating is the Eagle. I really don’t mind to play Pine Knob again.
Great time
Great course! Got stuck behind three guys who were oblivious to how bad they were. But other than that loved the course! Played Eagle and Falcon courses. Picture is from first hole on Eagle.

Grea shape........ Super hot deal........... 4 foursomes allowed my wife and I TO PLAY thru CLASSY!!!!!
Do not see that every day
Only drawback was the unfriendly twosome ahead of us who were not very social on the occasions we caught up to them. Having conversation seemed to be a chore...... If you guys read this lighten up it is only a game.
Course is in best condition considering rain from Mother Nature
Weather conditions are what they are.....course is well cared for ....tuck in your skirt....greens are slick....I like ‘em that way.....most don’t.....skerred! good......less competition for tee times .....all aside,....book it, ya won’t be disappointed
