Fieldstone Golf Club of Auburn Hills

Course was in perfect condition from the tee box to the greens. Smooth roll and consistent on every hole. Would definitely play again.

Played the back 9 today and the course conditions were spectacular. I was very impressed, lots of rope and stake directing cart traffic, divots filled and course setup was very fair. This is a perfect example of a 45$ course living up to the expectations. Even with Covid-19 and a really dry summer so far this course hasn’t missed a beat. Hats off to the maintenance staff getting it done when the course was busy and staying out of the way.

Awesome course, little pricey but overall worth it because pace of play was fast. Very well maintained course overall though!

A lot of golfers out on the course. Wind conditions helped make the course even more challenging. Fairways and greens are in excellent shape my second time here and it’s very challenging but forgiving if you can take the ball into the fairway on a consistent basis.

It had been a few years since I played here. It’s pricey but worth it. Well maintained. Variety of direction and distance in holes. Some hazards. Some forced carries. A nice test on a very scenic course.

I enjoyed playing the course. Layout and conditions were very good. Pace of play was an issue. It was a Saturday afternoon but still no excuse for a 5+ hour round of golf. Time to get the ranger back out on the course.

This review is based on current circumstances given the COVID-19 pandemic:

Reminded me of Tennessee with the slopes and hills, trees and vegetation. Watch out for rattlesnakes. Play was slow because there were a lot of people playing. Overall, conditions were good. Beautiful day, nice staff, made some new friends. Would recommend to anyone. Will definitely come back to play again.

They allowed two 8 somes ahead of us. Group was raging and “woo”ing missed 8 foot putts at the top of their lungs. Will never play here again. Extremely unprofessional.

Paid for 18 online, they TOLD us we would be playing 9 on the 1st t box. We left instantly, will never return.

This has to go down as one of the worst customer service situations I’ve ran into. My foursome scheduled our day around playing 18 holes at Fieldstone. We booked using golf now and when we showed up to pay we were told to call the clubhouse to pay which we did. We were then informed we could only play 9 holes even though we booked 18 online. We’re the type of golfers that would rather not play golf that day than chose to play 9 holes. The guy on the phone did not give a legitimate reason as why we could not play 18 holes and stated they had told golf now to remove 18 holes as an option. Field stones issues with Golf now should have nothing to do with Fieldstones customers. The guy on the phone did not seem to care how upset we were and was not willing to accommodate us even though the issue was not our fault. So we left the course immediately and all 4 of us will never be back and will let our friends know the type of customer service that is ran at this establishment.

Second time playing this course (last time was 30+ years ago!).

Beautiful day, course was also gorgeous.....only complaint was very slow foursome in front of us.

I was VERY disappointed that we were paired with another group during this time of social distancing!
