Hidden UP Gem
A hidden gem and a must play in the Upper Peninsula. Pine Grove is by far one of my favorite rounds of all time and one of my all time favorite walks. PG has several greens that appear to be William Langford greens - large built-up greens that are terrific. The newer Packard greens / holes are superb.
I played the round in the fall and the colors / fall foliage only added to rolling terrain, terrific conditions and old school feel of the course.

Excellent course
Always in excellent condition. Challenging but fair. Has lots of variety. Excellent greens. First class service. Full service pro shop, bar and restaurant. Excellent clubhouse. I have enjoyed playing all over Hawaii, Scotland and Florida and this one is a real gem. Don't pass it up.
