Burr Oak Golf Course

Extremely busy. Waited on tee box 1 for 30 minutes. There were 6 groups waiting to tee off. Course was decent overall. Fairways were narrow

Always enjoy playing at Burr! Great course with excellent upkeep and a friendly staff. Definitely my go to course!

2 man scramble ended up being a four man scramble due to two other people book the same 11:46 am tee time. Was nervous at first but got to met kind souls named Marcus and Marco they where but very nice and even gave us some tips and tricks for me and my brother swing. Overall great course

This course is in excellent shape well maintained friendly staff even the dog in the club house is friendly love this course

I was pleasantly surprised how nice Burr Oak has become. The course has had some significant investment made on her to improve the conditions of the course, the playability, and overall golf experience. The track is your basic "Parkland" type setting with plenty of mature trees lining fairways, and subtle elevation changes until you reach the courses signature "Palmer Pass" portion of the course. Holes 11,12,13 make up the Pass. You'll see and experience significant elevation changes on 12 & 13. Palmer pass are 3 remodeled holes that are very challenging.

The fairways are nicely kept, weed free and mowed. The rough isn't nasty but effective. The greens roll pretty true, but they don't get much love from the patrons fixing their pitch marks. I did try to prepare at least 3 pitch marks per green. One of my golf course pet pieces is ppl not fixing their ball marks. The traps are soft and fluffy and generally well maintained, just have to convince ppl that it isn't beneath them to rake the traps after they have been in them.

Overall a very nice course, good price, nice staff and a fun track to play.

Enjoyed once again a course I have played since around 18 yrs old. Returning from Fl for a few weeks at 66 it is still in great condition. Hopefully the pro shop and clubhouse will get some love soon!!

I’ve been golfing here for a couple years now and have always enjoyed it. The new ownership has definitely upgraded it even more now and I will forever golf at Burr!

Greens are good, fairways are weed free. Tree line holes.

The new owners have worked really hard to improve this course. This is one of my favorite courses to play. The greens are in good shape. Fairways are always neat and maintained. They always have specials where you were able to get a hotdog at the turn and holiday deals. This is one of the go to courses for myself and my friends.

Burr Oak Golf Club is one of my favorite courses to frequent during the golf season. The grounds have been greatly improved and they offer the most affordable rates around. I have played all of the higher priced courses in the area. Some are comparable and others do not offer near the playability of this course. They have one of the few courses around that are able to stay open when others have standing water. Don't underestimate or overlook this course!
