Too long to play

Arrived at the tee at 11:40 for a 11:58 tee time. Told by the ranger, 'You are way too early'. The 11:42 and 11:50 tee times were backed up because they were letting through groups who had completed 9 holes on one of the other courses and were looking to complete their round (They have 27 holes). We did not tee off until almost 12:30 and then proceeded to take more than 3 hours to complete the first 9 holes. We played 2 holes in the first 50 minutes. No rangers on the course. At times 3 groups are backed up on one tee.

It felt like this is purely a money grab to push out that many groups. Not to mention the tee times are 8 minutes apart, which is fast for just an 18 hole course, let alone 27 holes and 'merging' in the people who have played 9 already.

Will not return to this course, way too many better options out there in the area

I agree its very slow play there. Unfortunately, basically every round I've played this season has been sloowww regardless of the course smh

Still a great course

Pine Valley has been known as a used and abused course, but this was the best shape I've seen it in years. 27 holes, but we played 18. The blue and golf we played. The blue and red are the 2 best, gold is more of a boring 9 with not much to be in awe about. Still a fun run. I'm a mediocre golfer, hit 45 on the blue, then scrambled the back and went even. (we suck!) I'd recommend this course to everyone, not too packed on a sunday afternoon.

Holiday Golf

I really enjoy Pine Valley course looks good and is normally in pretty good shape. The Problem is the place is not very organized.

The lady in the clubhouse did not let all the players know where there teeing off at. Now you ask why would she! We'll th this course has 3 nines, red, gold, and blue so you had a stack of golfers waiting to tee off on the red as it is the closes to the club house and there was no starter as he was out doing something. so most golfers had to bo back in to the clubhouse to find out where the you start at. complete chaos.

and she sent a group off the blue tees knowing golfers are coming up the back nine. Chaos

Green

The course was green and in good early season condition, greens, fairways and rough.

The cart girl was very nice, even though it was cold and wet.

The cart paths are in rough shape.

Good day

The course was not that bad. Fairways were long and hardcx̌ to hit from. Management should no let twosome or single. Slows down play a lot.

Solid Course

Pine Valley is and always has been a solid course. Featuring three distinctive style courses it can be challenging but fair for players of all levels. The staff including clubhouse and starters are pros and very friendly. I played after a downpour and where there were some expected soggy parts of the course it drained very well.
