North Kent Golf Course

We use to play our league at this course and all of the leagues got accused of a situation and it wasn't us. This golf course takes the fun out of golf we moved on to bigger and much better golf course. Yesterday we were in an outing for our veterans of war and generated money for the fallen hero’s. So during our outing this course let out at least 2 foursomes in front of us. Think about it this was during our outing while we were playing that slowed down the play Considerably. Then, at the halfway house we had Brats For all the players, but we were notified if we were going to do that we needed to bring our own tank of propane, what , joke. Then they try to accuse us of damage to a cart, but they could not prove the damage the guy was so rude and so when the authorities get here, we will have to deal with it. My lawyer happen to be there, and I told him he’s my lawyer if you have a problem, talk to her about it, of course there was no damage to the car and authority showed up. Save your money people. There is a much better golf courses around and putting up with these people from Detroit moving up to the country and trying to change the way. Things are up here. We will never be there again. We will never give them another penny.

Played front 9. Course was in great shape and scenic. Parts of it had an "up north" feel to it. Not very crowded. Offers plenty of challenge for an average golfer like me. Staff is friendly. Whatever issues they had years ago have been corrected.

This was my first time playing this course but I loved it! The greens weren't slow, the the par 4's were challenging, and the holes were placed nicley.

The course is nothing compared to years past. Large areas of the fairways and rough dead, green long and slow and cart was falling apart. Those issues i could overlook if the staff was nice but they were rude and defensive when i asked where another course was nearby that wasn't in bad shape. I will never return again and neither will anyone i know.

Moderately challenging with pristine greens that very slick... Only complaint was that fairways could of been mowed closer... a little thick....

North Kent is much better maintained than a few years ago. The fairways had nice healthy grass and are being kept at a good height. The rough is an inch or so higher but not so long that finding a ball is impossible. The greens were great, no dead spots or other bad areas. The staff was very pleasant and easy to work with. Had a great time.

Some fairways had some bad areas, maybe some fungus? Not sure. Greens were in great shape and rolled true. Not too fast, not too slow. Decent budget course, especially for the money.

Saturday morning for an 8AM tee off, $13/ Man. I love Golfnow for this reason. I want to golf on Saturday mornings with my buddies, but sometimes don't want to spend a fortune.

The course isn't a gem by any means, but the staff was great, and we got to use every club in the bag. Overall, great value for $13 for 18 and a cart on a Saturday morning.

my son and i played early- we played in a cart in less than 3 hours-= not busy, but refreshing to play in a timely manner- we played the tips which measured out at 6400 yards. the green are excellent.
