Paw Paw Lake Golf Club

We were very much looking forward to playing there but unfortunately the course layout and pace of play disappointed us. The course layout was very confusing and needed more signage. I am surprised no one has been seriously hurt there. I witnessed a near miss on an adjacent tee box. It could have cause serious injury. The clubhouse was charming and the lake views were beautiful. They also had a very nice snack shack/ bar by the water. However, we were there golf and would not go back.

Very disappointed that pace of play was slowed by hole jumpers then leagues started on hole 17!!! We were just finishing 16 and 3 league golfers pulled up and teed off on 17 right in front of us. Why is their money more important than mine? League or not this should never happen. They were so slow so we gave up 17 and 18 as we were tired of the slow play and then this happened. Nice course but all leagues should start on 1 or 10. Ask before you start 18 at 1pm.

Two 4 somes in front of us (2 some) never let us pass took us 4.5 hrs to get the rd in

The course is in beautiful shape; greens in excellent condition. Friday afternoon was crowded as expected. Hot dogs and beers at the gazebo or clubhouse 👍👍

My friend and I played the course for the first time on Sunday after the rain stopped. The only recommendation we would have is better marking for where the next T box is.

Because it was our first time at the course we had to search and turned around a couple of times because we had taken a wrong turn for what we thought was our next T box.

The staff is extremely friendly. And the gazebo in the middle of your round is such a delight. Try the course you’ll love it.

I had a great time on Sunday playing at Paw Paw Lake golf course. The course was in really good shape, especially considering the lack of natural rain that we’ve had, but they’ve kept it up very well. I’ve always enjoyed going there from my early teen years until now, it’s a fun and very challenging course. You better bring your best game because this is not a pushover course, it has plenty of challenges for every level of golfer. The staff was super friendly and I would recommend playing there to anyone.

Vacation in SW Michigan. Found on golf now. Nice course with lots of elevation changes.Greens werr smooth not overly fast. Fairways were very firm lots of toll. Traps were well maintained. Rough was long but not terribly ling you could find your ball with a little effort. Would play again if in the area.

Challenging with elevation changes and trees with enough water for everything you need. Always enjoyed the course.

Course was very short except for 3 of the par threes were 200 or more. . Course was laid out all over the place. You had to drive over a 100 yards from green to tee on a few holes. Greens were medium to small. They hadn't mowed that morning so a,little slow but rolled nicely. Not for big hitters.
