Interesting……bummer of a round
I’ve played Heritage a lot over the past 25 years and this was the most frustrated I have been . The round took over 5 hours to play due to extremely slow players on the front nine and then when we got to number 10 the course had three groups waiting to tee off because they had started several foursomes on number 10. We waited for 30 minutes to tee off and that is ridiculous. On the back nine, the golfers behind us, who had also started their round on number 1 started hitting into us because they were impatient.
Also, the toilet paper dispenser at the turn would not allow more than a half a sheet of toilet paper to dispense from the roll. So the only paper to use was paper towels.
Please increase your food options and add sandwiches. If you expect players to spend up to 6 hours from warmup to end of round at your course expand from only having hot dogs and snacks.
A challenge.
Hills, water, blind shots all combine to make it a challenging round. Hit ‘em straight!
Great track, two nines are completely different, play it from the proper tees and have fun
Really fun course but...
I love the layout of this course.
You will use almost every club in your bag.
However the greens are cut too short, the tee boxes in some cases are in disrepair, and cart service stops at 3:30 on a Saturday.
You'll have fun there's, and everyone is friendly, there's just a few things that could be better.
Fun and challenging!
It’s early in the season, so the ground was hard and the tee boxes were bare. But, the course was fun, hilly and challenging.
Nice course
I enjoyed the course. My only frustration was that I didn't accept the course guide the starter offered me. It cost me several strokes. Nice layout with a good variety.
Will return
Staff at desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Gave me a book to show each hole due to the blind hazards. Course was very well maintained with MN having a drought. Course is open on the front 9 and harder on the back. Pace of play was okay on the front but bad on the back. Single walker, Single rider, Single rider. Club house has alot of hangout space and practice area was nice too. Will be coming back for sure.
Solid course with good greens
Greens rolled nicely. I would certainly recommend playing if you are in the area. There were a few hokey layouts on holes, but for the most part a good track. Nice staff and reasonable price.
brief
Fairly challenging course in fair condition. Bring balls as you will lose some. Usually not that crowded but pace of play is usually 4 hours plus.
