The Wilds Golf Club

A very interesting Weiskopf design challenging for all levels of golfers. Generous fairways requiring proper placement to more easily approach pin positions.

Staff was very helpful explaining nuances of course to newcomers.

Course overall was in great condition. They need to figure out geese situation on the 18th hole. Couldn't walk anywhere without encountering goose droppings. Beautiful hole , except for that.

Free driving range was nice. Practice green putted way faster than course greens.

I will play again!

We enjoyed the entire round. It is a bit pricey for some people, but worth it once in qa while.

Got to play the course for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. Fun course to play that is challenging but fair. Course was in great shape for being so late in the season. Nice clubhouse with very friendly staff.

This is one of the best tracks in the Twin Cities metro area. The course is always in fantastic shape, tee to green. The setting offers beautiful fall foliage. The huge, undulated greens roll fast and true. The fairways are wide, but an errant tee shot will punish. You won't find a more friendly staff in the state. And don't miss out on the Cowboy Burger and the chili currently on the menu in their Slate North restaurant. Great 19th hole experience!

Incredible experience as always at The Wilds. They have stepped up their game- a cold water in the cooler and a bag of warm up balls in the cart staging area. Staff in the pro shop were super friendly. Greens were incredible, were rolling 10+ on the stimp in mid October! Pace of play was phenomenal, finished 18 with a stop at the turn in less than 3.5 hours

Pace of play and conditions were excellent. Clubhouse was nice and restaurant had great food and drink options.

New ownership group has made significant improvements in course conditions (love the new bunkers!), restaurant and customer service. Also now a part of the Public Country Club multi-course membership program. If you haven't been to The Wilds in a while, worth the trip. Has always been a top 10 layout, now, once again, a top 10 golf experience in Minnesota.

A true top 10 Public in the state! Fairways in great shape and greens roll true and fast. New ownership has recently put in all new bunkers and they are perfect. All around great play in a perfect location!
