Stillwater Oaks Golf Course

Course was a good value. Pace of play was excellent most of the holes were in good shape. Some of the greens and tees needed more care during the summer.

I have golfed for over 40 years and this is one of my favorite courses EVER! The layout is beautiful and challenging. The best thing about Stillwater Oaks is the staff...my family and I have never felt more welcome and comfortable EVERY time we go, especially from Crosby and Anthony in the pro shop!! Most golf courses treat you like they are indifferent if you are there or even a burden....Stillwater Oaks treats you like they want you there and want you to return, as they are proud of their wonderful course! I truly cannot say enough good things....

STL Oaks was very disappointing. I used to play the course 1-2x a week and loved it. After moving, I was anxious to get back there as I know every green, bend and tee box. The course was in VERY poor condition. I feel bad about writing this, but save yourself the frustration and avoid this one.

While there were some cool holes, the tee boxes and fairways were very beat up.

Course could be something great but they just let it go to crap. Massive dead spots. I dont think they have ever fertilized or watered the course not in the last few years that's forsure. Maybe the greens idk. Sad hopefully they can put some money into it and bring it back to what it once was

Beautiful course Set in the woods near WBL and Stillwater. Only complaint was Lack of GPS and accurate yardages on the sprinkler heads.

Fairways and greens are well kept and maintained , Tee boxes need a little attention, Was tough to find a flat stance. But still very worth the money.

To the person in front of us on 8/14 Pick up your feet or please don't wear golf shoes!

Stillwater Oaks was an enjoyable round of golf. There are a number of incredible holes. Maybe the most beautiful par 3’s around. They were fun. Tee boxes were rough and fairways were fairly patchy. A number of holes also had pretty tight driving areas but it did not destroy your round. With a little work this course could be really nice. Would definitely play again.

The course was once beautiful (when it was Sawmill)!

Now it's a vast wasteland of dirt, weeds, waste areas, rock-hard greens, dead-grass fairways,

and uneven tee boxes.

What should be a pristine course for $40 regular green fee, is nowhere close. I paid only $18...and even that was too much!

This could easily be a wonderful course, but it doesn't appear as if they are watered at all this summer. More weeds than grass. What grass there was was brown and dead. Lots of areas with dirt.

Played my second round of the season here yesterday afternoon and it was in great shape for the amount of traffic I’m sure they have at this course! Of course there is always room for improvement (tee boxes, bunker condition etc) but you only pay $40 or so for a round here...what more do you expect? Pace of play was great, a few tricky multi tiered greens, and the scorecard par 3 alone make this an excellent value! Looking forward to getting back here before the season closes!!

Great value for the green fees. Nice warm-up area. Many guests walk all 18 so if your riding, you could be waiting to hit frequently, even though mid-week. Enjoy..

(Played August 23, 2020) Do NOT waste your time on this course. It could not be in any worse condition. Tee boxes are in terrible condition. Most dont even have a grassy let alone clean or level spot to hit off of and if it does, its about 2-3" tall grass. Fairways also look like they haven't been taken care of in years! Dirt spots everywhere throughout the fairways and on the greens, and rock hard everywhere. Ive played probably 20 different courses this summer and this is by far the worst condition ive ever seen a course in. Save your money unless you need a good laugh. I wouldn't play this course for free. Besides the course, the person in the check in widow was very rude and we felt like we were an inconvenience to him (when he was actually at the window). And last, our cart broke down on the 4th hole.. the one we picked up at the turn took about 10 seconds of the gas peddle to start moving and at times, we didn't think it'd move at all. DO NOT PLAY!!!!!

STillwater Oaks is a great golf course to play. Any level golfer will enjoy the set up. Staff is always great.

made the turn walked around for 20 min trying to find some one for some water no one was there approached an employee after 18 and he laughed about it will not be going back

Course was a little rough from winter kill but overall a nice track with some small challenging greens. If you’re a first timer be sure to check out the greens and surroundIng before hitting into them. Greens were quick and breaking. Scored a great deal for $30.
