Cameron Veterans' Memorial Golf Club

Do not waste your money!!! They're are so many nice courses within 30 minutes. Greens were okay.... mostly. Outside of that, tee boxes were not mowed, and it's been nice enough to manage them, fairways were mostly scorched earth, and weeds, not grass. 2/10

Great course have played it a few times and always challenging to do.

Course is always in great condition. First round after winter break still looking good. Nice cozy course and not ever too many people out leaves for a great experience. The manager, Scott pretty good guy always willing to help out. Most most players out there are friendly as well. Don’t have a membership, but call us my home course now.

Great people in the club house and on the course. The course was in great shape (minus a few leafy spots) in my opinion for this time of year. It’s usually fairly quiet and the other golfers I’ve talked with are always easygoing so it’s a great place for someone who isn’t in a hurry as long as you’re thoughtful of others around you and let the faster groups play through.

The pace of play was very slow because a couple of big groups that would not let me play through

The reason for the low rating on pace of play was because it took me 4 hours play because 2 big groups was takening to long to play.

The first hole is, very challenging its on a slant and unless your a foot or closer to the pin you are probably looking at a three putt. The rest of the course is challenging but a fun course to play.

Always a good experience. Laid back atmosphere. Deals and course always pretty good.

Had a group of four go to Cameron and they insisted on charging us a cart fee when my reservations clearly stated Cart Fee Included. When we made the turn we went into the clubhouse to get hot dogs. They were out of cooked hot dogs so we were handed frozen hot dogs and told to put them in the microwave.
