Always Great!
Well run and maintained course. Friendly staff who always welcome you and keep things moving in a nice way.
Beautiful 70+ Degree November Day
First nine was pretty slow, took 2.5 hours as a foursome with at least one 10-15 minute back-up on one tee. Played back nine as a twosome in an hour and 45 minutes. Course was in great shape. On the shorter side, but some tight fairways, water hazards and sand traps make up for it. Staff was very friendly, beverage cart was circling. Will definitely go back!
Fun course
I loved the lay out, every hole was different and fun. Not a long course but moderately challenging. Greens were in great shape. It seems like they were putting money into it as well. Definitely will play it again

Slowest golf you’ll ever play
I’ve been playing golf for almost 20 years, and my rounds at Windham Country club are consistently the slowest I’ve ever played. You can expect massive waits on several holes, in particular right at the turn from the front nine to the back. I booked a 2 PM tee time, and was on hole 13 at 6 PM. I spent 30 minutes between putting on nine, and teeing off on 10. No rangers in sight to move things along. And this wasn’t a one time thing, my previous rounds at Windham have also been this slow. Will never return, or recommend to anyone.
Target golf
Played with my husband and another guy. I did pretty well. Them not so much. I managed to hit pretty straight but not as far as the guys. If you hit too far right or left you’re gone.
Conditions were pretty good considering all the other courses in the area that are totally dried out.
5 hours, but fun
Definitely a difficult course. Far more difficult than other courses in the area. I would have had a terrific time if it weren’t for the pace of play. We had to wait before nearly every shot on every hole on the front nine. Despite this, the ranger sent a group off the back 9 right when I was making the turn. I teed off a little after 11am and finished just before 4pm. Definitely not ideal
