Ocean County’s Best Kept Secret
The course is perfect for the medium range hitter who keeps the bal in play rather than grip it and rip it. Tight fairways, fair greens, relatively easy approaches highlight the course.
I hope the increased green fees aren’t permanent. I’m thankful for Golf Now deals.
Pace
Course in good condition & no waiting between holes, good round.
Great Day
The course is a pretty typical public local course. The layout is cool and I love the back 9 particularly. The greens were in good shape but some of the fairways were pretty beat up. Overall a nice experience & I will be back for sure!

Course was just about empty, no waiting between holes.
Decent Day
The course looked ok. The group in front of us was obnoxious and drunk, and it took us 5 hours to finish playing best ball. The staff was friendly as always. The course is fun, but the price is a little high for the condition of the course.
Ok
Played here a few times over last 2 yrs and felt this was the worst I have seen the course. Tee boxes spotty and rough, fairways in rough shape too. MIght have been early in the season but will probably play again later in season
Great course to practice shots
They are obviously working hard to improve the course. Drainage has always been a problem, but they are trying hard to improve it. Course has a great layout. Staff members are always friendly. A little over priced.
Fairways need work
Very obvious that a lot of work is being done to improve the course. The greens were in great shape. The tee boxes were either good or being repaired. Unfortunately, the fairways need a lot of work.

Greens are fast and in good condition some have a lot of movement. The fairways had casual water from the rain the day before. There’s a lots of dormant and bare areas throughout the fairways. The front nine holes are fairly easy, back nine is more interesting with some elevation changes . The day I played the temperature was in the 40s so the pace of play was good! Play the 18 holes in three hours and 15 minutes.
Challenging track
Prepare yourself for a tough back 9. This course challenges me more than most municipal courses. It's a fun 18 holes, but set your expectations correctly, especially on a windy day.
