Great move to improve pace of play
One of the starters did a great job by moving our group ahead of two slow-moving walking groups on 10. We went directly to 11 to the end of the back nine. We then went to 10 to finish our round and be done in four hours!
Good for the value.
To many golfers put out at once, waited on every hole.
Cedar Creek Sat April 3
2nd Time playing. Really nice layout. Staff is Super Friendly and Courteous. It was cold and frost delay that was no ones fault. Even with cold- it was very enjoyable round. Only negative was no food/drink available.. Would definitely play this course again - hopefully on warmer day
Best staff / Nice greens
It’s easy to tell they are doing a lot of work getting ready for the season. Course was in much better shape than expected for this time of year and the greens were by far the best I’ve played at any course in the area this year.
Poor Condition
I think there might have been 3 greens that were ok the rest NG. Fairways were horrible no grass just mud. Pace of play horrible about 6 hrs
Hurry up and wait
This course was nice layout wise and I’m sure when the grass really grows back in, it will be fine place to play. The bunkers have a lot of soft sand in them, but the sand has actual rocks in it and can definitely damage the wedges. Staff was friendly. I would not recommend using their rental clubs. The pace of play was atrocious. We were told our tee time was delayed an hour, then when we went to the tee box we would hit a shot and then sit in the cart and wait.... and wait... and wait.
Lovely day
This course is always a bit swampy because it's close to the creek. It's till March so hasn't greened up yet, but the weather was SPECTACULAR! The starter is a really nice guy & the staff here is always friendly which is a big plus.
