LCC Winter Golf
The course was in great shape. All greens in play and smooth with avg speed. Fairways clean and apparent. Had a great day and good food and drinks after the round. Highly recommended

Good round
Great winter round. Greens slow but lush. Slow play on back 9 but still under 4 hours on a warm Saturday.

Good value
Met a couple friends for a round of golf. Has a good central location. Carts were current and not beat up. The course is pretty open, so errant balls were no issue. Has a good variety of turns and elevation changes, so not your typical,flat jersey shore course.

My regular course.
Love playing this course, it is my buddy and mines favorite local course. Played 32 rounds there this year. We play a. lot. Course is always well maintained, has some challenging holes, staff is always great, always a good day. Plus they have some of the best after golf hangouts. Tiki Bar all summer, 2 bars inside and always good specials for golfers.

Nice Old course
It is a bit confusing the first time I guess trying to figure out where the next holes are. I can't wait to play there again.

Lakewood CC 1st time playing
Course was in excellent condition. , Greens and Fairways nicely maintained. Course was well ,marked, tee boxes excellent condition.
The bar and grille was well appointed, food excellent and staff was very accommodating, service again, excellent.
Everyone at the course seemed genuinely pleased to meet with the guests, and very proud of their course and the work they were performing.
Saw quite a bit of maintenance being conducted to upgrade walkways,cart paths and general infrastructure.

vintage course with some quirky holes
Course was fun to play but could use some improvements. Course does no drain well,much standing water on quite a few holes. Cart paths need to be upgraded also.

Great Shape
I've been playing LCC 3-4 times a year for about 10 years now and this is the best shape I've ever seen this course. The grass is full and plush everywhere. Greens are still coming back from aeration but otherwise in great shape. The bar next door is a great place to watch football on Sunday's as well.

Been playing here for a few years now. This is the best shape I’ve seen the course in as a whole. Some of the greens were just aerated but they’re not bad at all. Pace of play can get a bit slow but had a great round here as a single.

Good round
Lakewood cold course is one of the oldest golf courses in the country. This New Jersey golf course is very well maintained, and as a result in excellent condition. The tee boxes, fairways and greens are beautiful. At $28 including the cart this is an excellent value. The course is long 2 par 5 and challenging but not overwhelmingly difficult for the average golfer. I have played this course several times but not recent. So when I played oct 1 I was please to see many improvements since the last time I played Lakewood.
