Sunday golf
Happy we got to play a quick round of golf. Always liked this course. Course was in good winter shape. Look forward to playing this summer.
Great course to home your game
I love to play this course especially in the summer to fall season. Course lay out is great, length is perfect for my game even from the tips.
I was really impressed with the sand bunkers, really fluffy on par with USGA venue. Needed to practice my bunker play and it delivered. It was surprisingly nice to play at this time good golfing in NJ in February.

Had so much fun playing the old knob hill , great times, great friends, all around exquisite
Winter Golf
January 22nd and golfing in the Northeast is a good thing. Temps were low 40'2 but the winds were only 4mph so it was very bearable. The course was cart path only which is normal for this time of year in the Northeast. The course was in really good shape and the greens were rolled and fairly quick.
Best part was the French Onion soup in the Clubhouse and the flatbread blackened Tuna with wasabi and spicy aioli.
Knob Hill
A lot of the tee boxes were closed under repair. A lot geese droppings all over the course.
Winter golf
The course is undergoing major renovations and that is to be expected in the winter . I was happy to get a good tee time on a warm winter day. I played the course many times in season and enjoyed it very much.
Under Repair
I wish GolfNow indicated that the course is under repair. Majority of the tee boxes are closed off and ended up playing bear Senior and Ladies tee boxes. Otherwise the course has a great layout and usually in good condition.
cart path only, certain fairways and greens were mushy, but I think they should have it posted that multiple T boxes are being renovated
Overall in good condition despite the time of the year
It was wet in the morning so the chances of teeing off was 50:50 till the last minute, but decided to go ahead. Despite the rain the first hour or so and considering it's December and a lot of courses are starting to close down for the season, this course is in a great shape as always.
Knob Hill has been one of our 'GO TO' courses during winter and will forward to heading back soon. One note is that they're working on fixing the tee boxes on few holes so the course is playing shorter than usual (which is already relatively short as is).
Cart path only. If I knew I would of brought a hand cart. Would of walked less.
Can't wait to get back
