Course in great shape which went well with the great price.

Well, what can I say. Have loved this little course for a long time now. The greens are always amazing and the overall conditioning is above par. Ken and staff are top notch. I would however like to take a moment to vent. We were paired with two of the most boisterous, loud, self indulgent players . No etiquette to speak of. Would not stop talking even and especially when we were hitting our shots. I am not hard core but shut your mouth and have respect. No music either. Go to a bar or the beach if you want non stop talking or music. This is what has turned so many off to the obnoxious LIV tour.

I guess ignorance is bliss as they were seemingly unaware (or possibly and sadly totally aware) as to how mad we were getting. They talked over every shot all the way to the 18th. My God!

A little banter is fine but that’s about it.

Every second with something coming out of their mouths it got frustrating and I could not swing a club. Just play golf!

The tee boxes were good and the fairways were mostly perfect, but for the occasional weeds in the first cut. There were a fair amount of crabgrass like weeds in some of the rough areas. The greens are in fantastic condition and rolled true. They were soft enough to hold a shot if it was high and spinny. Great course with even more potential. Some of the fairways are pretty tight visually and in reality, so driver is not the optimal tee club on some holes.

Really liked the coarse. My only issue is that the only bathrooms are at the club house.

I played this course many times and enjoy it very much. The course itself is always in really good shape. The only reason I was complaining about the person inside today checking me in,I was already pre-checked in from Golf Nowas he was very rude and kind of gave me an attitude. He said it was cartpath only so I said OK and he said and I mean it don’t go off path we’re watching and I said to him why do you say that to me like that? I always obey the rules but Tom outside starter is always a friendly excellent guy like I said this one idiot checking you in should be removed, but the course itself is very good and I enjoyed it a lot.

Always enjoy this course. Quality range and expansive practice green. For a course inside a retirement community the layout is challenging enough, with forced carries and several blind doglegs, to keep players of all abilities interested. A pair of driveable par 4s provide good scoring opportunities as well.

Had a great round and course conditions were very good. I like the layout and challenge around the water.

was a nice hot day for golf. Course was in good shape but play was slow,. The group ahead has two holes open in front of them and wouldn’t let anyone play through.

Mentioned to the starter at the turn , and did nothing. No ranger on the course to “keep things going” and no water out .

But, was a nice course that was challenging and fun to play .

For the $63 to ride, a good deal these day!

Short of a few rough areas (very few) and a few rocky bunkers the course is playing to perfection. The greens are spectacular and have a decent pace. The overall conditions I would consider well groomed. Absolutely a pleasurable round of golf for a moderate price.
