Overall good. They're working on improvements.
Staff: friendly like usual.
Carts: Electric. Great shape with divot mix attached to side (though both were empty).
Tee boxes: Very good shape for winter. Never had to hunt for a grassy spot.
Fairways: Very good condition.
Sand: Mostly poor. Many had standing water in them or tons of rocks, so I had to move my ball to play it or play it without hitting a rock and damaging my club. Some had wet dirt underneath so if you try to take a lot of sand your club will grab and the ball may fly.
Greens: Pretty quick but manageable. Pin placements were dumb. Placed on slopes like it's a PGA tournament.
Pace of play: Though crowded it wasn't horrible. 4.5 hours for the round, taking our time.
Other: They're doing work to the course. Fixing bunkers, drainage, cart paths. You have to be a little patient right now but it will be worth it later.

February golf in id Atlantic
Nice weather friendly customer service good pace,course was in pretty good shape after snow storm and melt off. Greens a little bumpy to be expected overall good condition. Alway play well at The Links and if they keep making improvements and get the clubhouse built it will justify the top $80 fees they charge on weekends in the summer.

Cold day
It was a cold day but the staff was friendly and energetic…had a nice quick round and course was cleaned up nicely

Unorganized
The course was in good shape for December..I booked a tee time for myself and after I checked in was told to just go to the first tee when I was ready, no one was there so I teed off. I was never told if I was supposed to be paired with anyone or not...for the next 2 hours I kept playing up on Foursomes who all let me play through, but it became annoying because you always end up rushing. At the tenth hole there was a foursome who said there was a threesome in front of them, so I just drove up and joined them and skipped the tenth hole. I liked the course, but didn't enjoy it as much as I could have.

Very Nice Course
This used to be in rough shape, however, a considerable about of work has been put in and it is now in excellent condition.
