Don't play here
The course conditions were akin to a dog run. Fairways were about 60% grass, the rest dirt, same for the greens. The rough area - all around - was nothing but crabgrass. The sand traps were hard pan and unplayable.
This course has no business charging $60 for a round of golf. I played for a discounted Golf Now rate of $44, but knowing what I know now, I wouldn't pay $10 to play this course again.

SAVE YOUR MONEY
I played here for the first time on Saturday. Due to Covid, it has been extremely tough to find early morning tee times on the weekend. This was all I could find so I figured I would give it a shot. I wish I would have stayed home and saved my $74. The course is in horrible horrible shape. From the tee boxes to the greens, it looks like the only maintenance they do is cut the grass. That is, where there is grass, because the tee boxes are pretty much dirt, fairways are beat up and the greens are in absolute shambles. The greens have a bad disease and so many dead spots where you have to put over compacted dirt. I wouldn't be writing this review if they charged $40, but for $74, I feel like I threw my money in the trash. This round was not enjoyable at all.

Conditions are terrible
The course is in really in bad shape. The greens are a total mess, not only are there lots of bare areas, there are lumps of dirt that you have to putt over. Course maintenance is really poor. It would also be nice if they would put tee boxes in place for the forward tees. This is my first time playing there this season. Won't play there again.

Needs work
Most of the greens have large areas of just dirt, tee boxes extremely subpar as well. I'd play the course for like 20 bucks. Alot more people on the course then i suspected with the conditions. Not from the area and won't be back if I'm in town. Oh and fire the ground keepers, not because their necessarily bad but there is just no ground to keep haha
Needs improvement
For a course that charges $60 a round it sure doesn’t meet the expectations. I’ve played here 3 times this summer and have been disappointed all 3 times. Once the greens were covered in sand making them unplayable, now that the grass has grown, there is no trimming it to make it look like a green, there are rough patches all over. Green reading? Try blind luck.
Bunkers are flat with some of them still flooded. Not eager to return

Worst greens I've ever seen in my life. I feel bad for them, as I'm sure the weather (lots of rain) was the cause. But the greens were literally unplayable - either dirt or black mold everywhere. Hopefully they turn it around as I like to play here due to convenient location and these conditions were, I think, unusual for them.

Layout was good but conditions were terrible
I have played the Links, several times in the past but not in about 2 years...when they had a clubhouse. Not sure what’s happening with the clubhouse that they knocked down but It’s an eyesore now as its a concrete slab completely unkept and fenced in.
The course layout is very good but conditions were as bad as I have seen on a course in the local area in quite some time. They lost every single green and rough is very sparse.
I would not recommend playing there anytime soon.

Absolutely terrible
DO NOT PLAY HERE. Greens are lost. New Ownership has turned a blind eye to it. He is never around and the manager acts like the course is not n great shape. I have heard he doesn’t even treat the members the way they should be treated. Friend with 20 or so who are leaving ASAP. Course is so bad it’s inexcusable! Won’t play here until they fix the course and attitude.

The worst
Worst course conditions I might have ever played in my life. Save your money. Can believe this is the same company that runs Rancocas, which I love. We skipped the last 4 holes because we were over it.

Please fix this course
Hate writing bad reviews, but I feel like I need to just to warn my fellow golfer's. They have "lost" this course. I understand there was a heatwave a few weeks ago and storm that came through a couple weeks ago. But this course is just in absolute terrible condition. 15 of 18 greens are absolutely un-puttable. However, the couple that are near the clubhouse are not too bad...coincidence? The thing that tick's me off is they are still charging a premium price. You know what? Admit the course is in bad shape and work at fixing, which I'm not saying they are not. But, lower your price and tell the golfer's booking and going out the true condition of the course. I have played there a bunch of times and hope they can get the course back to great shape I remember. No problem paying the price when the course is in nice shape.

Awful...Just awful
First off don't waste your time and money! The good the layout is very nice and can be challenging. They have a guy making food who is the lone bright spot. The condition of the course is just unbearable. The greens are literally unplayable and just embarrassing. I've played here a lot the last few years and this is the absolute worst I have ever seen it. If this is what the new ownership team brought with them, well, they should go back where they came from and learn how to take care of a course that used to be in impeccable shape. I was shocked at the course condition and very upset.
