Very good course
I really enjoyed playing there and no rushed us. They could have but people are very polite and friendly. The green some work in but the course lay out is great.

Surprisingly good
Wasn't expecting to be as happy as I was playing this course. I used to to play this course a lot some years back and it isn't the same course now. Course was in pretty good shape and they have put a lot of money into the place. Pace of play was really unexpected, 4 hours on a Saturday @ 10am. Overall it was a nice day. Definitely going back.

Great but short course
I played here several times and it really is a good time. The course is pretty short, but the conditions are always pretty good. The greens roll pretty true and the fairways are okay, some ground under repair so there is mud in spots but overall not bad at all. The staff is always great, the range , chipping area , and putting green allow for a good warm up. I would definitely recommend East Orange

golfers in front and behind - great!
Greens - could be better cared for by players. I would like to see the shallow cups as I was nervous everytime I had to stick my hand in to get my golf ball without touching anything.
Fairways - good condition, though players do need to replace the grass on those deep iron shots!!!!
Will not patronize PAR440 restaurant as they continue to show the racist reference of the CV-19 on their website and welcome notice.
Pace of Play
We moved along pretty good on the front nine. Starting at #12 the group in front dragged along. 1 of the 3 didn’t have clubs and appeared intoxicated. It took us an extra hour to finish.
Great course, grumpy staff!!
Love the golf course, the pace the location. Maybe a friendlier staff. From the starter to the folks that run the fees. 440 STAFF was excellent!!!

Short but competitive
I enjoyed the day. Though it would be any easy course because of the shorter length but was surprised how challenging the course layout made up for the shorter total yardage. Many holes had me question myself risks verses rewards.
