Just a beginner
This course is get for a beginner. The front 9 is challenging but not to bad for a beginner. The back 9 is challenging for any level of experience. It’s also close to home so I can play a 9 hole game after work
Thanks to the nice staff.
Wonderful course
If you are a beginner the front nine is just right to work on your game. The back nine is pretty difficult for a beginner.
Amazing course
This is a great course for beginners as well as others. I just started playing at 62 years old. And I have enjoyed the course very much. The front 9 is shaded , but the back 9 isn’t. Really wish it had more shaded areas like the front 9
Rained out
We were rained out on the 13 th hole and riverview wouldn’t give us a 9 hole rain check.
Great course!
I'm am a beginner golfer but I can tell you this is a great course. I have never felt like I shouldn't be there. The staff has been super friendly and helpful and I have had many golfers give me tips. So far everyone has been very friendly and helpful! I will definitely continue to go to this course for as long as I live in this area.
New Golfer
Great course to learn on, open fair ways on the front nine, good challenge on the back nine.
Great value
Enjoyed my round at Riverview. I was by myself at 11:30 and the pace of play was great. I was done in under 3-1/2 hours. Conditions were good, not great but the greens were rather slow. Riverview is like playing 2 different courses between the front and back nine. Front plays like a Midwest course (pretty flat with some trees) while the back plays more southwesterly (hilly, surrounded by desert and bendy).
Local novelty
This is great course to play. There are usually antelope on the course for some wildlife views. Course is perfect this time of year. Green grass everywhere. Greens were moderate speed. Fairways were clean cut.
Would play again for sure.
