We love Tianna CC
Our go to course while at the family cabin in northern Minnesota (Hackensack/Walker) Fun course that you get to use all of your clubs. Hope to score on the front and hang on for dear life on the back with the challenging greens. We always grab a bfast sandwich upon arrival (recommend the egg and bacon) . Staff led by GM, Carrie Johnson is incredible, friendly and accommodating to all. Super and his staff always have the course in tip top shape. If still hungry, recommend a burger on the deck with waffle fries and watch the golfers tee off on #1
Slow pace
Took us almost 5 hours to golf 18. There was even a group of 7 playing a couple groups ahead of us.
Tianna Review
A lot of hills; therefore, not many level lies. Course was in good condition.

Blind shots
Greens pretty poor, fairways below average and roughs to thick. Slows play when you can't find your ball 2 feet off fairway. Way to many blind shots. Could be hitting into someone. Fairways run drastically to the side.

One of my favorite courses
Although I may be biased because I grew up in the area, Tianna is one of my favorite courses to play on the planet.
The greens are always in great shape and challenging.
The 2nd hole is one of the most beautiful par threes in the country.
I always look forward to coming home to play this course. Wish I could play it more.
