Target Indoor Golf - Thornhill

Do not go to the Markham location - owner admits it was their fault for damaging my club but won't pay for replacement. Absolutely horrible customer service. Tons of other simulators around that care about their customers. Pathetic excuse for a business.

I booked a threesome for a round at Target Golf & Fitness hoping to escape winter for awhile. GolfNow took $16+ in booking fees, the remainder of the total $89+ would be due at facility. After driving 45 minutes to get to the facility for our 7 PM time I was greeted by the owner/manager who seeing my left handed clubs expressed that there would be a problem. Apparently the simulator facility only has 1 bay equipped to handle left handed players and it was booked for the evening!

This would have have been good to know at time of booking. I spent the evening on a couch watching my friends play (given I had booked and invited them, I didn't want to ruin their evening too. I'm expecting a full refund from GolfNow and hoping that this key information about this facility be made plain to see for all customers.

Friendly staff. It is not busy due to ice rain, the owner upgraded me to a semi-private room. Great experience. I will definitely come back for more practice

As far as indoor golf is concerned this was one of the best computers I have played on. The accuracy was far better than most. So if what you want is a very good winter golf simulation I definitely recommend this place. Two caveats: there's only one room for lefties and you pay more for a room than a cubicle, and two, the place is still kind of a work zone, or at least it feels unfinished.
