My playing partner. 80 years old and still nailing his drives! Photo submitted by JettSpot on 07/11/2017
Fast round
I played with a caddie. Always an enjoyable experience to have one of Vidanta's knowledgeable caddies on the bag. Teed off at 1 p.m. and was done before 4. Love the course. Nayar is a bit easier than the Norman course and as such is a bit of a relief. All in all a great day.
Great course
Enjoyed the course, fairly wide open. Green were not fast when I played but ran true. My forecaddy Angel was great.
Some changes needed
I have played this course many times and the cab drop off and pick up shuttle process to the course needs to changed or fixed.
We waited 35 minutes from the time the cab dropped us off until the shuttle came to take us to the course check-in. Then we had to rush to make our tee time with no time to go to the range or putting green. This has happened multiple times at this course. Also times to get a cab post round are also very slow.
Some changes are needed here!!
Nayar at Vidanta
The layout. On the front 9 the course does not flow as there are large gaps between holes. The back 9 is good.
The is too many shorter holes!
Great Value
Played the Nayor Course 3 times. There was 6 of us and it provided us with just right the amount of difficulty.
Book through Golf Now for the best price. Do not be intimidated by the fact you have to have a caddie to play; they are great and very helpful!
Great course, odd signage to find the next hole!
The course was in great shape, however the signage to get to holes 6, 9 and 17 need to be marked ASAP. We drove around for 20 minutes trying to find hole 6. When you leave hole 5, turn right at the sign for the washrooms (Banos) or else you will never find it. Then you drive about a kilometer!!! Similar the 9th hole you are driving straight and there is a left turn but no signage, and of course should have turned left.
Other than that great course!
When booking the course there was no mention of a caddie being mention cost of another $700 pesos the signage from hole to hole is a disaster the only good thing about the caddie is he new where to go getting to the pro shop was another challenge that we were not made aware I believe you're on line booking has a lot of no or missing information I will never be back
One of the 6 tracks to play
What a nice course to challenge your game on with friends or family
Lots of challanging par 3’s and a big 624 yard par 5
Beautiful club house and oral snooze views of Puerto Vallarta
Wide open long course
Long course even from gold tees. Wide open
No real signature holes. Caddy required.
Grandioso
Gran campo, toda nuestra experiencia fue fantastica
Norman Course
It’s a resort course. In my opinion Vista courses nearby are much better design. Fairways are in good condition, but greens need to be rolled hard to make them better. Our caddie Martin was very good. Shame that entering and exiting the development is such a pain when you utilize a taxi to arrive and THEIR car service to leave. Arrival and departure inefficiencies add an hour and a half into your day. Practice facilities are very nice. Our round cost $100 and I certainly wouldn’t pay more than that to play there.it s not bad, but not great.
