Difficult to find
On their homepage the GPS location was totally wrong. We had to circle 45 min to find it.. for such a big facility should be a lot better!!
PGA
The up coming PGA had some holes walking only but still done in 3hoirs, greens were over sanded but played well, caddy Rocindo was very knowledgeable and helpful…will done this course again when back next year
Nice venue once you get there
Enjoyed the course. It was in good condition and quite playable. Caddie Eduardo quite helpful. Would definitely go back. Of the four course I played the two at Vindanta were in the best shape and most enjoyable. Grass was green and not dried out.
Only issue I had was getting there. You can only access this and the Norman course thru the main Vindanta entrance off Rte 200 not from Nararit Blvd.
Also allow at least 30 minutes before tee time as you have to take shuttle to course.
Otherwise enjoy the scenery.
Enjoyable day
Had a great time playing here. Course in good condition in preparation for the Mexico Open. Greens were sanded but putted true. Caddie Eduardo very helpful and knowledgeable.
Only caveat is this course and Nayar are only accessible from the Vindanta entrance. The address and routing from you phone is wrong. There is no access from Nayarit Blvd. We drove around 40 minutes until someone told us where to enter.
Also get there at least 30 minutes early as once on the property you have to shuttle to the course
Great layout
The only thing is that GPS will not work because they are making changes, caddy is very helpful
Course is great - hard to get to
The actual golf course is lovely and easy to play. However, the address on Golf Now is completely wrong since the renovations at Vidanta. You must enter through the main gate of Vidanta off of the highway, then park and take a shuttle to the pro shop then another shuttle to hole 1. The Golf Now price was great BUT caddies are mandatory at 700 pesos each so that adds another $40USD to the cost of the round. Allow yourself at least 40 minutes from arriving at the Vidanta Gate until you ride 2 shuttles before your tee off time.
Nice lay out
Lots of variety great bunkering . Golf course is
Laid out right in front of you .. I would play this course again .. interesting journey to get from
The pro shop to the first tee.. I liked the commute..
Very sore and tired
First,, our caddy. Manuel was outstanding, looked after all of our needs during the round. If it wasn’t for him it would have been a diifacult day.
Should have been told it was cart paths only, almost had to stop because of pain.
I Have had 7 knee operations 2 knee replacements.
Will not book again without knowing if it’s cart paths only.
Bill and Sherry from california
Good course, horrible experience
Great course, but terrible getting in and out. Plus scorecard was not the hole sequence shown and GPS was unusable.
Disappointed
Course was very beautiful, staff friendly for the positive. Disappointed for a few reasons. There was a very bad house fire on the course which caused our game to be held up and re routed. Hopefully everyone is ok!! That is the main thing. We were held up and then re routed to another part of the course. I said maybe we should come back?? We ended up playing several different holes and not in order and missed out on 3 of the holes. The fire was of course out of their control . At the end we tipped the caddy very well then he told us his service was 800 pesos. We were not told about a caddy charge. Service for the shuttle to the course was late by 30 minutes. It was a very expensive day for us and feel we were short changed of our golf game and should of been offered the option to come back due to the fire.
