I’m ok if I don’t play there again
Arrived to the plantation golf course and checked in with the pro shop. The pro shop looked and felt like a run down mom and pop convenience store.
A large cooler of drinks and an old wooden floor.
Staff were not real friendly.
Golf carts were 80’s model gas carts that had work out seats and leaned to the left.
Course was really dry. Fairways were really close to each other. Very easy to tee off into another fairway.
It’s definitely old and out dated.
GREAT Course
Staff was AMAZING from the minute we walked in the door to being on the course. Course is ABSOLUTELY Beautiful. Fun with some challenges. Loved playing there and we will DEFINITELY go back.
Jabdilla review
No complaints.greens were in good shape.course layout was not too punishing.the pace of play was acceptable.we had a four hour round.
Great Day on the Course
Had a great day at Goose Pond Lakes course. Course was in great shape. Greens are pretty firm and are a little thin but still putted fine. And pretty quick too. Love this course
Small and sweet
First time playing this course. It was a great value for the money. There were people out working the course- and it was looking really nice. The greens were in amazing shape.
This course offers only hot dogs and chips- so eat before you go if you’re not a hotdog eater. There’s no grill/bar/restaurant.
Local/regular golfers were very nice and our twosome was offered to play through even though the foursomes weren’t really holding anything up. Pace of play was pretty good.
Extremely slow pace of play!
I like playing this course. It’s a good layout with nice greens. Grounds crew is always working every time I am out there and it shows. However, last couple of times I have played the pace has been extremely slow. I noticed several groups of five or six and no one was letting anyone play through. The course marshall was riding around but never said anything. Guess it was part of the buddy-buddy system I wasn’t privy to!
Goose Pond Lake course
Greens lightning fast fareways were awesome
great day on the course if I could just get them birdies . Need to watch and study more Golf pass videos . My score is coming down ever since I joined Golf Now
Perfect day nice course
Had a great time with a quick round in 4 hours. Greens were good and course had a good layout. I recommend
Nice course, but the greens..?
The course has potential for sure, but the greens were well below acceptable standards. VERY bumpy and inconsistent speeds. Anything outside 2 feet was pure luck if it went in the hole. Everything else was very nice. Bad greens kills a course experience.
Course was in good condition
I have played here many times over the past 20 years and I will keep coming back. This time it was in the best condition it's been in since BC, before Covid.
The Lake
Challenging course , and some fairways and greens that will keep you coming back for more more more
