Perfect day nice course
Had a great time with a quick round in 4 hours. Greens were good and course had a good layout. I recommend
Nice course, but the greens..?
The course has potential for sure, but the greens were well below acceptable standards. VERY bumpy and inconsistent speeds. Anything outside 2 feet was pure luck if it went in the hole. Everything else was very nice. Bad greens kills a course experience.
Course was in good condition
I have played here many times over the past 20 years and I will keep coming back. This time it was in the best condition it's been in since BC, before Covid.
The Lake
Challenging course , and some fairways and greens that will keep you coming back for more more more
Fun course great staff
Very fun course. Not overly difficult but kept me interested. Nice gentle hills and medium size greens. The staff could not have been nicer! Fantastic people to interface with. Thank you!

The Quest for a better game
This course Goose Pond Lake Course , is laid out for the beginner as well as the experienced golfer basically surrounded by lake Guntersville you will constantly be made aware of its presence but with patience and a confident approach it will more than humble you for the respect of hidden bunkers and extremely fast green , so be prepared for a great experience

Fun golf
We play Goose Pond Lakes course 5-6 times a year and it never disappoints. Things were a little dry as can be expected this time of year. We always enjoy playing there because there’s a good variety of holes and if you play well you can score pretty well.
AMAZING CONDITION
This course is in great condition. The pace of play is always terrific. I love playing here!
Greens were beautiful
tough course conditions across north eastern Alabama because of last winter freeze damage ... but this course has rebounded substantially ... tee boxes and fairways were good ... greens were great ... best value around
