JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa

Played on Hot Deal, at 1:40pm, great value for the price. Course conditions were good, wind gusts up to 35 miles per hour. Saw the beverage cart once, she quit at 330 pm, no notice there was no food available on cart, no food on the turn in the restaurant either. There was no notice of the non food available, and on top of that, have to you have to pay to park in the golf course parking lot. Exit fee was $10. Not a customer friendly place.

Love this course. Challenging, yet not overly difficult. Play Blue/white combo tees for super fun round. Course is in great shape and we had no waiting. Pace of play is excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my day at Wildfire-Palmer course. Playable course in great condition with excellent practice facilities.

Played in the rain it was challenging lots of hard bunkers with the crummy weather....I will return

As with any Marriot golf expedition it takes a lot of cash to get onto the golf course. This was exceptionally so at Wildfire. For a $250 round of golf, you would expect to be able to find a cup of coffee in the morning and you would expect to see a drink cart more than once a day. Other than that the bunkers are deep and everywhere. The sand is soft so expect to hit some plugged golf approaches. It is a challenging test though! However I would look elsewhere if you are not staying at the JW Marriot.

Nice range, super friendly people, both courses are great tracks. Thoroughly enjoyed the golf. Courses are well designed, tough and fair at the same time.

We enjoyed our overall experience and will definitely be back again! The staff were friendly and helpful. The course was well maintained. Highly recommend!

Beautiful course. Very playable from white tees. Staff friendliness exceeded expectations.

The course was not in the kind of shape you would expect for this price. In addition, very few memorable golf holes.
