COST in today Market very expensive .Did play the Coarse because a special on this particular T- time.

No mention of Food really only on Bev Cart. Grill took too long for sandwiches to order. Eat before or Bev Cart is only option on course.

Beautiful course. Play it once and you can cross it off your list. Not worth the price. I will not play here again.

Several greens in front nine South very poor condition

They said it would be about the experience. It was. I totally enjoyed the day even though even hitting from the forward tees it was a bit more than I could handle. Duffers like me should be be forewarned. I thought the fees were very steep, although I was told they were the norm for “in season”. So I paid the freight, took the photos, bought the shirt and will have good memories.

We like challenging courses. Played the North course after a nice lunch at the Grill. Expected the course to be more interesting and exciting for the price. Fairways were in good shape but greens were a bit beat up. Sand traps were like cement. Some sand traps were hard to walk into and walk out of. Play was slow. Staff were very friendly.

Having played both sides I can say that the Boulders south course is fantastic.. memorable. North, not so much. Conditions were fine, no real complaints but far from outstanding.

I would not pay 300 again to play North course, it lacks any special or memorable holes and was not in sufficient condition to justify the price. You'd be better playing something like Troon North.

Finally, I know that this course is not the only one to do it, however, the 7% "water surcharge" buried in the fine print is outrageous. State what the real price is if you think the course demands it.

Disappointed is an understatement. Golf now has the south course info on the listing but when I got there we were told it was the north course we were playing. Members were playing the south course. $260 later, we left disappointed in the quality of the north course. The greens looked as if we were putting on boulders. Tons of divots and very patchy in spots with tons of bare spots. Some tee blocks look like they had never seen seed. Save your money. There are much better courses in the area. It’s embarrassing they charge that kind of money.

My only reason for not giving course a 5 star is the condition of the greens. Sub par for a course of this caliber and cost.

Played front in 2 hrs, with twosome and threesome in front of us. These groups then morphed into a fivesome on back, kept telling us they were being held up, but we saw no one in front of them. NO RANGER ON COURSE. Back took 2:45. This is a high class place and should be

a high class experience without having to be behind a bunch of Wallies who make their own rules.

Guys in front of us started as a twosome and a threesome. We played front in two hours. Then they morphed into a fivesome and played the back at about a 2:40 pace. They kept saying somebody in front of them was holding them up but we never saw them. When we finally passed them on 18 as we were running out of light, it was completely open. The hole is a long par five. I’ve been visiting the Boulders for over 25 years and this is not what I have come to expect. I’m sure the reason will be “it’s because of the Covid.”

We all know golf in Phoenix area is extremely overpriced but we do all pay it. Played the North Course which is unfortunately Inferior to the South Course. Conditions were average with slightly bumpy firm greens. Thoroughly enjoy the beauty of the area but if you are put on the North course would take a pass until you can get on the South. Pace of Play was not good waited every shot and tee'd off 25 minutes late so barely finished before dark and we had booked a tee time where we should have easily finished.
