Booked 1st out Tee time due to the fact thay we only had 4.5 hrs for our vacation round and we wanted to make sure we completed 18 holes. We played the 1st 9 in 1 hr 39 minutes only to make the turn and sit on the 10th tee box as there where 3 groups on the 10th hole. We preceeded to play the 10th in 40 minutes and ran into multiple groups on the back nine and took 30-45 minutes to complete each if the next 2 holes. We left in disgust and it ruined our golf experience for our vacation. Apparently the course knowingly promotes a breakfast and back nine deal and they never notified us. I feel like the course put revenue before fulfilling their obligation to the patrons. I would warn all that book this course online and publish this as a fair warning to your subscribers.

Charged 107 for cart path only and it’s now back to back times where pace of play was god awful. I decide to skip 17 and 18 because of slow play and I will officially never play here ever again. I would highly advise paying money at other courses in the valley for golf

Recently over seeded. Golf now listed as 90 degree but was cart path only. Greeted rudely at bag drop. Greens unmowed for several days. Everything wet. Many sand traps unplayable with standing water. If I had paid $80 instead of $150, I wouldn’t have expected more but conditions were awful and should have been noted as such when booking and reiterated when checking in. On the positive side, course layout was interesting and more than challenging enough at 6300 from the gold tees. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Still, there are too many better options around this price point (even during over seeding) to consider returning.

Played here yesterday. The weather was great! I pulled up to the front and was immediately greeted by cart guys with pink shirts. They were courteous and friendly. They directed me to my cart and placed me and Son’s back in the cart. Went to check in. Check in went smoothly. Casually walked around the Pro Shop. Pretty good selection of golf wear and accessories. Went to driving range to go warm up. Balls were in pretty good shape and so was the range. Tee time was pretty much on time. So far so good until……we got to the first green. The greens were abysmally slow! I have never played on greens this slow and rough! Did some forget to mow the greens! Okay maybe it was just the first hole. No! It was disappointment after disappointment 17 more times. Wow! What a big let down!!

The course was great but was very wet and muddy due to overseeding irrigation. Add on cart-path only, and made for challenging round. Overall, and pleasant round.

Only played 9 holes. Greens were in great shape! Course was prepping to over seed but still in good condition.

Information on Golf Now regarding the course condition is essential and none of the following was available. They were preparing the course for overseeding. The fairways were shaved to the dirt.The greens had been aerated in the last few weeks and were still bumpy.

I play a couple hundred rounds per year and these were the worst conditions I have experienced in years. The word deplorable comes to mind.

I have played this course many times over the years, mostly back in the late 1990s to 2002. I always remember the course as being in good condition. Recently my son-in-law from Durango called to say he would be in town a few days and asked me to schedule some golf on Sunday, Sept. 24th. I booked a tee-time of 10:33. The staff was very professional and polite. The golf carts were new. After that our round turned sour. The putting green was in poor condition and way too small for the amount of golfers. The driving range hitting area has got to be one of the worst I've ever used. Once on the course, we found the tee boxes were in very poor condition, the fairways were just as bad, the sand traps were soaking wet and poorly maintained. The putting greens were bumpy, putts could not be kept on line. I would not recommend playing this course until it is properly maintained. That's too bad, since they have some great golf holes and a nice clubhouse/pro shop. Michael Malone, Phoenix, AZ

Getting ready for overseer but course still have in good shape. Only issue was they started a tournament on the back that slowed down and had to wait on the last three holes. Staff was friendly at in all areas

The pace of play was horrendous, it was so bad we left after 12 holes. To complete 12 holes it took 3.5 hours. There wasn’t a Marshall anywhere on the course. We also checked the website prior to booking for over-seeding, as there was no mention we decided to booked. Upon arrival the course was in terrible shape as they were preparing for over-seeding. If we had known we would have never booked this course.

Pace of play was so slow that it took almost 3 hours to play the front nine. We weren’t able to finish all 18 holes before dark.

The GM Jeff reached out after our bad round with punched greens. Great guy. Owned up to it and made it right. Good to see someone care.
